Fairly empty.Dishwasher working so had China cups.Staff as usual were very helpful and friendly.Good choice of snack food available.Recently dishwasher more broken than working, as take-away cups aren't normally recyclable I'm not that happy about the situation.Staff are lovely and ambience perfect for our needs though

This is a joke!What a horrible experience!!!First time in ages had a chance for a breakfast at Costa and I will not have it ever again!! Ordered 2 almonds and one strawberry crossaunt plus 2 coffees. Took my order and left, drove few min to Epping Forrest and was hoping for a nice breakfast with my other half. Order mess up as no strawberry in a bag just a normal one, plus all of them not fresh and taste like a week old. Is that what you have when you try to eat out during lockdown? Thanks, not for me. Better if you wouldn't be selling anything at all then that stuff. It's annoyed me so much that I post first comment ever in my life. Thanks Costa 😡👎👎👎

I had a green tea in a dirty cup. The place is marginally better than the Starbucks a few doors down but it's still not good.

I love Costa's! This certain coffee shop has plenty of room along with seating. You don't have to sit on top of somebody sitting very close to you and possibly listening to your conversation. It's not too loud and patrons are very respectful of each other and their discussions. One of the best things about this Costa is that it is always clean - the employees are constantly cleaning tables and the bathrooms are clean, too. And of course, the delicious menu!

Absolutely fantastic place! Exceptionally friendly staff, tasty Costa's coffee and yummy food. Would definitely recommend this cosy Costa Coffee Epping to everybody!Jonas Jankunas
