Always kept in clean condition by pleasant and friendly staff. The food arrives quickly and has always been well prepared, they're not tight on portion sizes either. They've recently put their prices up a little, but that's fine, they've been the same cheap price for ages, in my opinion you still get good value and table waitress service for the money. This place is fabulous and the service is very good.very clean and great choices of food. I had a slice of carrot cake and they added spray cream,chocolate sauce for decoration and raspberries, good thing i was sharing. Great value for money. So glad I got to visit this place.

Lovely food! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always nice and clean. The American breakfast is incredible! The portions are massive so you definitely get your moneys worth.

The place is clean , spacious , tidy , modern , sleek , good decor , bright and big place to go which makes even better to enjoy your meal in there when you go whenever to try something. The food was good , hot , fresh , delicious , flavourful , mouthwatering and well portioned food that make you think how they cook perfect food like that without any problems. The staff is friendly , responsive , respectful , attentive , sociable , well mannered , well organised , efficient , professional and always serve with a smile. The price for roast beef meal , prawn omelette , tea , coffee and carrot cake cost £18.40 which was reasonable for what they were serving us. We had great time at there enjoying their meal which reminded me the 5 star experience that I had long time ago which they serve you with professionalism , smile and if you don’t go there you will regret until you go.

Been here for a breakfast some time ago. Quality of food was good, place was clean and staff were friendly and professional. Overall it has a lively vibe to it and it's a welcoming atmosphere. Small but nice. Outdoor seating is available and it’s under cover from rain.I had a panini, coffee and a coffee when I went there and both were quite good. Good presentation and served fast enough. Everything else you would need was already on the table (sugar, salt, peper, sauces etc).The only gripe I had was that they weren’t taking card payments and I had to pay in cash, which I don’t usually carry around too often. Luckily that day I had some on me. From what I can tell, you always order at the bar/desk and your order will come at the table once ready.Staff were attentive, made sure everything was OK with food or if I need anything else.Location-wise, the place is pretty close to the Debden station, being only a 3-5 minute walk, depending on your pace.More than this, I can’t say much more about the area as I was just passing through London and had a couple of hours to spare and stopped by Fresh Waters for a bite.Overall, I was happy with the experience, and I would eat here again if I find myself in the area.
