KFC in Epping Forest

Not great. Chips tasted as though they had been re-heated. The restaurant wasn't clean either.

I wouldn’t usually give KFC a rating as high as 5 as there’s always one issue or another however this time i received great customer service by Imroz, I was extremely please in the way my large order was handled!

I'm loving this store ambience and smily face of Rizwan makes my day refreshed.... He's adorable... He's cute ... He's sweet to customers... He should be A team leader

These people always forget something in the order! It shouldn’t be my job to make sure everything I ordered is in the bag before leaving kfc

If u want fresh food I don't recommend this store its the worst KFC store I have ever visited

This food shop is good area is a bit rough and crowded though. My favourite is gravy mega box for 3.99 ( 1pc 1 strip 2 wings chips container of gravy no drink) and I buy drink from Tesco. Opposite to KFC there is a street where you have 30mins parking. Lots of traffic enforcement officers and penalties in this area.

Service was very slow here when I went with my son. They dont serve the customers waiting in the restaurant fast enough. They prioritise on online order more. They should have staff focusing on online orders etc and staff dealing with in store customers otherwise people are waiting for ages it is ridiculous! I was waiting 15-20 mins in line just to get a drink! I already ordered but wanted to get another drink but it took soo long that I just walked out with my son. The hotwings I got was ridiculously small as well! So many customers were unhappy including my self. So overall not great experience.🙈

whoever runs that franchise then get that place cleaned !!!!!!The place is a mess, food left on tables, like chicken bones, you got all them delivery drivers sitting in there with there petrol infused clothes from there scooters, place is a mess and they get orders 😑 wrong!Sort it out before the health inspector gets down there. Place gone down hill

MISSING. MISSING. MISSING and horrible days old chicken. I don’t know if the owner is using all the money on his gambling addiction to be soo cheap and disgusting.Story time:Order came absolutely horrible l, we had to leave our house and go the store in person to complain. And guess what? Someone was already there complaining all the way from BEKTON. She had enough and took time to commute all the way.The owner somehow decided to give fresh chicken and make it from scratch when you complain and decided to bake fresh cookies? How did this happen?Just goes to show, they’re probably not even using KFC sourced chicken here.I don’t know how they’re still opened. They’re destroying the KFC brand to thousands of locals.

What an experience of fast food specially when it comes to KFC. I have always been a KFC fan but this woodgrange road branch KFC just put me off KFC, not just me my whole family. On the 23rd of June I have ordered a party bucket which comes with 14 pieces of chicken, 8hot wings, 8mini fillet, 2 large sides and 6 regular fries and a drink. It sounds like a lot of food and that's what I thought as I had guest over and it will be more than enough for everyone but alas the mini chicken fillet was bigger than 2 pieces of chicken. It was a total embarrassment to the guest and the fries portion size was probably less than 1 third of a MCDonald small fries size. All the chicken was burnt and we literally left with hungry stomach for the night. Thanks to KFC for such a disgraceful experience.
