Nando's in Epping Forest

Had to change cuterly and nag for a drink, butterfly chicken was a bit dry but the rest of the food was lovely. One if the staff though could do with some customer service skills but the rest were lovely.

Must've experience in fact who ever it was gave me a huge welcoming smile and said welcome sir service was excellent they kept asking if you guy's need anything so well done. V v impressive. 😎👍👍👍

Lovely Adam!First time at Nando’s Loughton, everything was perfect!Food came out very quickly! And was tasty, All the staff was super friendly! Specially our waiter Adam! I came in with a injured knee, and He went that extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed!

I was waiting for my order that was still being prepared which I didn’t mind at all, whilst sitting in the waiting area I overheard the guy who was cooking my order complaining and joking saying “no more beanies!” Walking away from the oven and then laughing and returning back, with the other cooks laughing back with him. I ordered three beanie meals and I found it really rude and disrespectful they did this. If I had ordered a meat dish I won’t have had this remark.Additionally overheard the two girls packing all the orders complaining of the orders being hard to pack. What’s hard to pack about orders! Ironically as they said this a gentleman came in saying they forgot one of his items.Instead of sloppiness and making rude remarks about peoples orders loudly, respect the service they’ve paid you for.On a positive note, the host was lovely, respectful and well mannered the others could learn a lot from him!

A lovely lunch at this Nando’s. It has great service and tasty chicken! Also a special shout out to our waiter Joe!

I ordered for delivery, our entire order arrived wrong. I tried to call the restaurant and no surprise they did not answer. This is the second time we have had a bad experience, We thought we would give another chance but it got worse.

Went to collect food I’d ordered online. It took way longer than it should have given a half empty restaurant and more staff than customers… and the order was wrong. I actually lost money from the order. Shame I’d already left or I’d have complained but having watched the manager standing around, I wouldn’t have been optimistic about a solution.Only go if you plan to eat in.

Ordered a chicken burger but found it really hard to eat as the meat kept slipping out of bread. Proved to be a very messy task and eventually ended up eating it with a fork and knife. The chicken was ok but the rolls they'd put it into were crusty bread rolls, not burger rolls. Did not enjoy as it seemed like it was in the wrong bread and felt more like a hot chicken sandwich with too much sauce. The service could be improved too as there seemed to be a lack of friendly staff, hence somewhat of a morbid atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, food was great but was in there at 9pm and ordered the bottomless ice cream but had to eat it with a fork as no spoons. Member of staff said it was where they all in the dish wash. Was a bit of a little thing that could of been sorted easy. Not a total let down but left a bit of a negative feel.

Bit of trouble with the qr code menu but nothing major. Great food and lovely staff. Good social distance measures and not a long wait time for food. Restaurant was well kept and clean.
