The Hot Wok in Epping Forest

The rice is amazing and tasty, great service and the delivery was quite quick too.

Order from The Hot Wok on a fairly regular basis and usually have an excellent experience with them. However tonight, I ordered at 19:41 and by 20:41 I had not received my order, so I attempted to call them, however after 171 attempts and 20 minutes later they eventually answered the phone to tell me they are a bit busy, and that my delivery was next to go out, my order eventually turned up at 21:25. Thankfully the food was hot and very tasty!!

Just had meal form the hot wok in romford I must say it is the best I have ever tasted so lovely would recommend this Chinese to everyone fantastic and a very good price

So not a bad meal nice rice and ribs are very good but I do find there chicken balls quite greasy not the best but not the worst. I would go here again.

I really enjoy the dishes and service, excellent location close to my residence. Big fan of the Roast Duck Chow Mein, definitely recommend. The place serves big portions and for affordable prices, love it!

Just ordered for the first time. Absolutely amazing and tasty food and very fresh. I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, large beef chow mein and pancake rolls. Everything was absolutely fresh and the sweet and sour sauce and curry sauce was sooo tasty. Would highly recommend 10 out of 10. The lady who took my order was very polite, quick delivery and this is now my number 1 Chinese to order from. And to the horrible people that posted bad reviews you need to get your taste buds checked. Well done to all of the staff and chef and this take away x

The food is very bland. My chilli beef was all dry at the top.Barbecue spare ribs cold and the barbecue sauces like jelly. Salt and pepper wings well overcooked the meat is dry. I can make better Chinese than this 👎🏽

Normally the food is good.I made an order last night around half past 10.The delivery only took 20mins. The chicken was very tough to chew and taste less.The rice was half cooked and still hard. Nearly broke my tooth a few times.Woke up this morning at half 5 throwing my guts up everywhere.Will never be eating from this place again.I warn you all to think carefully before you order !!!

This place is the one I always prefer. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the food they place on your table is so flavorful. I am always happy to have a nice meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
