Had a lovely Good Friday at the Monkhams, the sun was out and it was a lovely day, we sat out in the garden and ordered the food. The chicken burger was lovely, my dad had the steak and it was cooked to his satisfaction. My mum had the mixed grill and it was lovely she left the plate clean it was that good. Good quality food cooked well. The atmosphere was lovely.

Hmm not the best experience this time.Out of all gluten free items on menu.Reason we go here is so our family can eat together. With 2 coeliacs in the house this is our go to.But not this visit.Very disappointing 😞

Food was very nice and plentiful, well presented too. Great location, very spacious and airy inside. There are also deals for each day of the week. Coffees at the end were horrible though, not sure who was to blame: the produce, machine or person who's made them. But don't let that deter you 😉

It was my first and I afraid...last visit that place . It looks nice from outside. I have ordered Cheeseburger. Well, I don't know what I got, but it looks like a burned tyre or bitumen, seriously you can't eat this stuff, its not eatable. My suggestion, the process of burger preparation needs to be reexamine. Guinness was good , and chips. That's all, can't tell you about other food.

Decent prices for shots and good food, obviously it's pricey if you live anywhere but London.Nice staff as well, only issue is sometimes app orders don't go through properly.

We recently had dinner here with friends. Very welcoming atmosphere and had a lovely young lady who served us by the name of Emily. Very smiley and chatty and took care of us and our order with complete professionalism and was very cuteous. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Visited with my husband and our two children (15 and 10 years old). It was our first time and we had a 3 course meal with drinks. Portion sizes were great, and there was an interesting selection of burgers. The starters were tasty, the mains and desserts were just OK. The staff who served us were friendly. The tables and floors were dirty and one of the chairs was falling apart but it is otherwise a nice looking, well decorated pub and it SHOULD have felt cozy. What dragged it down massively was the live action episode of Jeremy Kyle going on at the next table. The language was so vulgar and topics of conversation were so inappropriate considering the number of children present and they were so loud that my daughter actually got quite upset at one point and wanted to leave. We moved ourselves to a table further away but sadly we could still hear them. We then had a horrendous family come in whose children were causing havoc running up and down, throwing things, screaming, banging and swearing at their parents. Now I know this isn't the pub's fault per se, but it really did ruin our experience and has put us off returning. I'm sure it's not always like that, but we'd rather not take that risk!

Really enjoyed the table service and hospitality of the staff there especially a young lady named Holly didn't wait long for the food and to be honest really enjoyed the food cooked well and also neatly presented all the staff involved from start to finish was excellent I definitely visit again and I highly recommend it and the prices was fair we happened to fall on a Tuesday and they do terrific offers for large meals needless to say I couldn't eat it all as so much I don't get out much and to be honest this is the 1st time in over 2 years I ventured out and too be honest glad i did I had my reservations going there but they was short lived the helpful and welcoming staff.

There wasn't any tables available when we arrived, but one of the girls quickly noticed that we were looking for a table and quickly organised one for us. We felt very welcomed by her (5 star hostess). The staff at the bar were quick and well trained. Great. The food arrived quickly and it was delicious. Would definitely go there again.

Standard pub, nice ale, lots of outdoor seating, a bit like a sports bar with fewer tv's, very family friendly.
