The Only Way Is Fish in Epping Forest

Nice food, ordered food 20 min before I got there but still waited 20 min before it was ready. VERY UNORGANISED

Have been using for years, quality has always been consistent. Food is always ready quickly. Had some not so helpful staff who are no longer there.

Had food hear sevral times , very nice , love chips . But last night at only 8pm they gave me either over fried or re fried chips . Last time I visit this place . Standard dropped or new cook . Who knows

The burger was over cooked and had a tiny bit of lettuce no onions or anything else and was tiny, chips were dry. what a rip off!

Thursday night about 7 p.m. I brought cod chips, pie and chips. They where not Busy,2 people and my self had to wait 15 minutes , for are food there were at least 5 people behind the counter more Interested in talking than serving there customers. When I returned home and opened the boxes the fish was warm and greasy and the chips had been reheated they were dry and only warm. For the money they charge I would not recommend any body to go hear

Have felt the lastTwo orders were not up to standard. It was 5.30. Chips were hard and obviously cooked and heated from earlier. Threw half awayGrandson asked for sausage in batter, sausage like rubber and batter tasteless, thrown away. Sorry. I have always rated 5 not sure of the problem..

Took over an hour from placing my order for them to actually have it ready. They said to collect at 7.45pm, it wasn’t ready until 8.20pm. The chips were hard and cold. How can they get fish and chips so wrong?! Ruined our evening.

Ordered for delivery by Just Eat. Arrived 20 minutes early and the quality was fantastic. Will definitely order again. Many thanks for an excellent service.

Had the fish and chip delivery service last night. What can I say except it was absolutely Brill. Piping hot. Lovely crispy batter and the chips wernt over cooked we didn't waste one. Where fish shops now blanch there chips they over cook them to become dry. Usually throw half away but these were fine. Had before and will definitely have again

30 minutes to cook a burger, then they threw a load of fancy rocket salad and stuff in with it and used some dodgy bun to put it all in. Looked nice, tasted like rubbish.Been there once, will never return. Cod was battered in some sort of spring roll batter and was literally dripping grease from it. Everything seems to go into the look, not the taste. Yea it looks nice, but you are paying for a meal that you can eat, not look at.Good service, albeit very slow, nice looking food, but doesn't taste all that.
