Lovely evening in the pub. We stopped by after a long day for a few pints burgers. Perfect service and the food was with us in less than 10 minutes. The new ultimate burger is massive. Will definitely stop by again!

I popped in with a friend for burger and a pint last night.The place has a good vibe, serves great food, even Viktor the manager came to chat with us for a few minutes. Great service overall! Recommended.

Brilliant pub! Great service and lovely staff. The food is amazing and loads of different options. On top of that it’s dog friendly which is very helpful after a dog walk. A pub with a safe environment!

First time back at this pub for a long time… found out pub is under new management. Spoke with the new manager who was very inviting and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Roast was excellent and very good value for money! Will certainly be coming back. Whole pub has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are very happy and chatty! Could easily become my new favourite pub! Thank you for a lovely Sunday afternoon visit!!

Disgusting.Can’t believe there are so many good reviews for this place. Booked a 12.30 table for Sunday lunch. Ordered a Camembert for starter which came out uncooked so had to send back, no drama.Had to wait 45 mins for the roast beef lunch to come out. When it did come out, we were off out seat and out of there immediately. Unfortunately I can’t tell you what it tasted like but, as per the photos, the roast beef was rough. It was gristly, grey and fatty and looked as though it’d been sat there for a fortnight. As for the rest of the roast, pre-frozen Yorkshire pudding, boiled veg and solitary burnt parsnip. This was a rough eating experience.I’d be embarrassed to work here. There’s no fixing a kitchen that churns out food like this. You’ve been warned.

Nice pub, comfortable, nice staff and reasonable prices for both food and drinks. Food was made well and very tasty. I did enjoy my time there.

I love this pub for many reasons, firstly staff are so welcoming. I have young children (twins) and they are extremely accommodating for them. We try to sit away from customers without children which most of the time we can do as there is space. The staff and environment makes us feel like we can relax, get the drawings out and stay for a while. Staff are always accommodating of the children and we have started to go the the event brunches - Halloween was great and we are attending the Christmas one too. The pub has a vegan menu which is excellent, they have good kids menu. The atmosphere in general is relaxed and inviting. I would recommend coming here if you want a relaxed time with who you are attending with. Nothing too fancy which is exactly what you need with kids, company and staff that make it all you need to have a fun and enjoyable time.

My nearest pub yet I never visit that often. Popped in for a quick lunch and a drink. Should visit more often. Nice warm pub with some cosy corners and a real log fire. Friendly helpful staff.
