The Sanuk in Epping Forest

My first and last ever visit tonight, ordered a takeaway, chicken massanam curry, plain noodles and some king prawn starter. I asked for it to be extra extra spicy, the "chef" did not make it spicy at all. Very limited Thai menu, they have limited Chinese menu, this is the weirdest Thai place I have come across, they don't even have 'Papaya Thai Salad' And as for my curry it was very bland, it had no vegetables in it, only some runny peanut juice type sauce and the chicken was not fresh chicken, it was pre frozen chicken pieces, which wasn't even marinated.Very disappointed to say the least!

I’m going to say the food was tasty but I did have a dodgy belly after, first time visiting this for a take away, food was ready for collection on time, friendly staff, disappointed by after effects though, probably will try again in future

I have been to Sanuk a few times now and I’ve not been disappointed once. The food is fabulous and fresh. The service is brilliant . Very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this lovely Thai restaurant to anyone.Thank youRaquel

First visit to Sanuk. We went to Sunday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there.Staff greeted us well, were attentive but not “over the top”. Service was very good, the food was delicious and the waiter friendly (made us laugh). Will certainly go again, may also try take away.

Great experience here. One of the best Thai restaurants we have been to. Great food. Excellent service. Very impressed.

Beautiful Thai food will be ordering again

Haven't yet sat in, but ordered take away a few times now and food has been amazing. Great portions and takes unbelievable.

Delivery was supposed to be 5.20pm, we recieved a message at this time to say it was out for delivery. I called the restuarant 3 times and every time they said the food would be soon. 1 hour and half later still no food. I wish I read the reviews first as their are lots like this. We have paid £50 for a takeaway we did not order. The restuarant said just eat will refund us, but I think they are just liars. Do not ever order from this company you will be let down. Its a disgrace!

I had the all you can eat Sunday deal.I love Thai food and this food was absolutely delicious and it tasted very authentic. The service was really good. Thank you for a lovely dinner!

Ordered a takeaway from Sanuk last night through Just Eat and specifically asked that there was to be no chilli added to any of the dishes ordered on account of me being allergic to it. The only thing that wasn't overpowered by chilli and curry powder was the side of mixed vegetables in oyster sauce so having spent over £50 we felt we could only eat £5 of the food we received. Just Eat investigated and have now issued a full refund.
