Really lovely food and such friendly staff. The pie mash is top notch, just like the well known Pie Mash restaurants. Come out with a candle on my dessert when they heard it was my birthday bless them.

Great pub, with a lovely atmosphere.We love eating in the downstairs back room, it has a lovely feel to it, more like restaurant.Our normal visit is for Sunday dinner ... it's good because they serve other things, not just a roast which is great for our family as not everyone wants the same.Saying that the majority go for the traditional and it's lovely...so tastyService is excellent, the girls work hard 👏 which all adds to the experience... we love our visits here ❤

Fantastic pub with very welcoming staff. The food is great - pie, mash and liquor is superb. Battered prawns to die for. Well earned 5 stars, recommended to everyone.

At first I thought this pub would be too small for me as it is run by one of Britain’s tiniest men but boy was I wrong! The pints are all 500ml plus, the toilets are all full size. Incredible experience and cannot wait to get back there again.

What a wonderful pub experience. First heard about it it on Twitter and was glad of the recommendation. A great selection of well kept cask ales was the perfect accompaniment for a fine Sunday roast beef

Do you like your pubs devoid of atmosphere, terrible beer and "cocktails" served from taps? Do you like your landlord to be under 5'2, with the scientific understanding of a toddler? Are you scared of a thin piece of cloth or a little ouch on your arm? Are you offended by everything and demand freedom despite lockdown finishing? Then this is the pub for you!Be careful though, the owner is an IT genius and can access the IP address from which your review comes from. I took measures and wrapped my phone in tin foil. Ha! Foiled again!

Adam gets a lot of abuse from online trolls hence the childish 1* fake reviews which I have reported to Google. His pub is great and the food looks lovely. I will definitely be paying a visit soon and you should do. Keep up the good work Adam.
