The Woodbine Inn in Epping Forest

First visit today, really impressed, great roast and a lovely desert. The prices are on point and the staff are really friendly. Give it a try. 👍

My friend and I were on a bike ride and stumbled across this lovely little pub. After deciding to pop in for a quick pint, we ended up having some hot starters and everything was lovely. Service was also exceptional and we were warmly welcomed by the landlord who showed us a closer place to lock up our bikes :)

We passed by and stop to have a quick drink & lunch! The menu is very limited with no much choices for the starters! Nevertheless, we had fish & chips and it was good! I would love to see more selections of beers in bottles but I guess the order depends on what the usual clientele drinks. Great staff very friendly!

Lovely place we found just off the motorway. Friendly staff and menu has lots of variety. Especially enjoyed the range of teas they had. Good little lunch spot to avoid motorway services food etc.

Just visited for the first time recently after driving past so many times. Excellent service received from the Landlord and team, great food with lot's of choice for vegetarians or vegans too. Brilliant select of beers, ales and ciders. Highly recommended, thank you.

I've ridden past or rather very close to this pub on so many occasions but today was my first visit. For many publicans New Year's Day is a day too far after the celebrations from the previous night, however, the publican and staff were in fine form despite the fact that the menu was a little short of options. So, food looks good, even though I didn't eat but drinks were excellent. I'll have to visit again to check food options.

Went for a lovely walk, then popped to the pub! Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Will stop for a Sunday roast next time as they looked delicious. Very food friendly, she had her on drinks bowl! Thanks guys 👌

A walk through the forest and a meal for 6 on New Year's Sunday. Always great food and drink. Love the fact they do 1/3rd pints so you can try a variety. Known for their ciders which is v much to the wife's liking.

Tasty, fresh, hot food. We will return. The potatoes and stuffing were over cooked. Spacious, light and atmospheric eating space

Went for Sunday lunch, as always absolutely perfect, from very attentive girls serving to Rob (owner) coming and checking everything was good. Would always advise booking as this lovely pub gets very busy. Dinner was hot , freshly cooked and very tasty. Husband had roast Lamb and I had roast pork both delicious. We both had dessert, home made apple and cherry crumble, one with custard and one with home made ice cream. The only downside to the food is you don’t leave any and there is plenty of it!! Definitely recommended Thank You
