Good quality food, very nice taste and respectful staff. But the drinks from some kind of shooter at the bar area tastes like a mix of all the drinks, but old and musty. Please fix.In general, the quality is good, the food could be better, staff are respectful but they have breaking points (seen in my experience today), and the building is well presented except for the bathrooms (quite moldy). Sadly, due to the negative points it's four, but if the issues are fixed, I will give it 5.Would Recommend to patient people, but not to the impatient. The lines are extremely long 😅

Booked a table for 8 and specifically notified the restaurant that we had a wheelchair user. We were offered a table with step access. As this was not suitable we were made to wait 30 minutes for a suitable table with a 96 year old man in a wheelchair! No apology given. However, our server Anne-Marie was wonderful and tried hard to make the birthday meal a success. The manager was called and was very defensive. We asked for a discount in way of compensation and this was flatly refused. AVOID THIS PLACE!

We are regular of this place in Toby Carvery in Buckhurst Hill. The staffs recognise my partner and his two sons.Especially one of staff Caroline who know his mother and two sons. She always smile and asking about his family which is so lovely and friendly made us more welcome. I can seehow busy in the time of the day which means they seemed enjoyed coming here. Good value too.We definitely coming again.

Purchased through the too good to go app. I understand it wasn't going to be a full meal but the carvery was full up, meats, veges, potatoes and a massive pile of Yorkshire.This is what I received. The app is designed to reduce food wastage. I'm pretty sure there was a hell of a lot of food thrown away that could of gone in these meals.

Breakfast buffet at the Carvery, average to good on the whole. You can spend a long time over a relaxed breakfast and looks popular with retired people and students. Front desk service though could have been better.

Chef late due to buses but not an issue as I can understand that. Problem was no chicken and no turkey. I don't eat pork and try to avoid red meat which was the only options left and we were first in the queue.Staff were nice though

Great place, great service, all staff was very nice, polite and very, very helpful.Can't describe how food was delicious but would recommend you go to try for yourselves... it would be be experience well worth it.I added photos but will also add them again now.. its just amazing.

Fantastic staff, food, surroundings and very clean. Staff professional, friendly, helpful and cheery.....can't do enough for you. From the moment we walked in at reception (family meal) Ellie, Keighley and Craig all looked after us and gave us quality food, a warm welcome and well cooked/presented food. Thanks so much for your hard work. Was lovely to see you.....miss working round the corner. Highly recommend and will be back soon!!

Good place for a carvery at very reasonable prices. Though could be wise to turn down the air conditioning. Too cold
