Excellent food, staff are a bit abrupt but always busy so just don't suffer fools. I only use as takeaway, not sure if able to dine in again now but would like to try it.

Obsessed with this Chinese absolutely gorgeous food never had a bad experience, literally everything is so fresh and flavourful, I have tried, salt and pepper chips , smoked chicken, salt and chilli prawns & chicken, chicken Chinese style , seaweed, spring rolls, prawn toast , prawn balls , lemon chicken , egg fried rice , special fried rice , sweet and sour chicken , crispy chilli beef , chicken chow mein and it’s all UNREAL

I have used them for years and their food is always incredible. Very friendly staff that can’t do enough for you, highly recommended!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.The absolute worst customer service. The guy is so rude. I ordered aromatic duck and it was fatty and not cooked properly, when I called to complain, he basically called me a liar and told me that there wasn’t anything he would do. When I told him I was going to throw it in the bin and I would be without food, his reply was “okay then”.We thought we would try again this evening, my partner called this time and the same man was so rude to him. He said he couldn’t hear him, so my partner raised his voice to read out the card number to which the guy said “maybe if you spoke up earlier we wouldn’t have this problem”. His tone and attitude suck. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.They also charge £1 if you pay by debit card.Definitely not recommended.We’ve now gone elsewhere.

The food was quite good, according to my son, I couldn't eat mine, I ordered chicken fried rice with mushrooms and yet I received a portion of special fried rice, containing seafood & was charged for special fried rice according to their menu prices.Even though the woman who took my order wrote it down, then later when I returned, she couldn't find the order chit, and blatantly called me a liar, stating that I ordered special fried rice, yet I know full well it contains seafood. I definitely won't recommend a restaurant who treats customers so poorly. Just because they were under pressure to satisfy phone orders over walk in customers.

Went there for a family birthday dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was well priced. The portions didn't seem huge, but we're quite filling. I was amazed at the quality of the food. I think you are able to bring your own alcohol since they don't serve alcohol there (just soft drinks). They serve hot plates and have tiny little dishwarmers to keep the food warm.i would go there again. 5 people dined and the bill came to £70. Cute little fortune cookies are served after the meals.

Ordered takeaway, 2 mains and two hot and sour soups. Was disappointed and disgusted when found someone’s nail in the soup. Returned all order back, staff not even apologised. Our dinner and evening was ruined. Will never ever visit this place again and would never recommend.
