Costa Coffee in Fenland

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, good selection of cakes and sandwiches. Very lucky to have Costa in our town!

Over priced now, way too expensive now, will not go in costa ever again. 2nd price hike in 6 months, and not just a few pence, but by 25 pence....

SO SLOW! Stood in a queue of 4 for 20 mins for one person to be served!! Walked out in the end and will not be returning. Need to hire more staff especially since this is a busy town centre coffee shop!

Absolutely disgrace for a Costa coffee shop,staff member was rude,never saying please or thankyou ,looked scruffy ,then got the order wrong.Rubbish everywhere and toilets were a absolute disgrace .Definitely avoid at all costs .

As with all Costa shops, the level of cleanliness and customer service is excellent.

Costa in March, Cambridge, is diabolical. Staff too busy joking together and ignoring customers. I had to step in to their conversation to get served. My order was completed wrong and when they got it right it was short measured. The manager seemed oblivious to customers waiting and incapable of managing. Thankfully I don't have to go in here again as its not my local outlet.

The lady that served us was attentive to our order and provided us with table service. A very enjoyable peach iced tea in a comfortable environment. Well needed after our long run!

If you are not a native and don't have webbed feet, then March can seem a dull little town. It has though its Costa which at least means you can drink tolerable coffee, and sit in Costa's familiar corporate environment and watch the handsome people of March, march on by.The staff here are polite and effective, they don't exude the narcissism that the staff in other, more American and "tax efficient" chains do. They work hard and well as a team, but perhaps could do with some extra help.
