Domino's Pizza in Fenland

As a newly diagnosed coeliac, I’ve found it very difficult to find good food that is completely gluten-free and there’s no cross-contamination, especially in Wisbech. However, the staff here have made every effort to make sure that I can eat safely and enjoy my food. Thank you to everyone at Dominoes Wisbech!!

Like an episode of Eastenders in there. Staff being shouted at by who i assume to be a manager. She was swearing at least two of the staff.Then she stormed out. Great anecdote for me, probably not so great for the staff getting the hairdryer.As a senior manger myself, I can’t see how they let that type of behaviour happen. I was horrified at the whole thing.Food wasn’t affected, still tasty as always

Awful pizzas, ingredients did not taste fresh. Very greasy and cheese tasted strange. Dominoes gone down hill big time, king Lynn dominoes so much better. Never ordering again

First time visitor to Wisbech Dominos and I will be backPro's:* Food tasted amazing* Food cooked quickly* If your collecting food, order your food online (some amazing deals / offers online)Negatives:* Dark customer carpark at back of store (outside light only comes on briefly when you walk past staff rear exit door) - for a single female customer the limited lighting did make me feel unsafe* This establishment no longer accepts cash, card only (this was originally a temporary measure due to Covid. All the other stores & takeaways i have visited now accept cash as they have removed / amended their covid measures)* I ordered a pile of food (5 boxes of varying sizes)and was on my own and I requested a carrier bag to help me to carry the food safley to my car. My request was declined as dominos due not stock bags due to not being able to keep pizza boxes flat in them. (My pile of food consisted of 1 pizza, so other boxes could have safley travelled in a carrier bag)* Due to my pile of food, i asked a member of staff to open the external customer door for me (else I would have had to make two trips to my car or risk dropping my food) I felt like I almost had to beg for their help & the store was not that busy at the time* When ordering food online, site did not let me change the time when food would be ready by.To summarise food amazing, customer service needs improvingThis is a negative, but to be fair Dominos cant really resolve this, as more to do with customer attitude:* Very clear signage asking all customers to wear a mask on entry (which I thought was a good idea & acceptable as in theory you should only be inside a short time & customer area is not very spacious), another customer in store did not wear a face mask ☹

Very poor quality pizza, “ chicken feast” is one piece of chicken, each slice. Wedges camed like out of microwave. So unhappy comparing to Peterborough dominos which been delicious.

Will report to food standard services. Whole family got food poisoning from their chicken yesterday. Never ever again.

Ordered 2 pizza's & found a hair in 1.. Phoned them & they said they'd only change it if eaten less than 3 pieces.. So not only did I have to take it back with hair in bag.. But not even money off for inconvenience.. Very poor service for very overrated food.. Plenty of better pizza parlours locally for me

The dough was not cooked! Very dissapointend half raw pizza 🤢😡No wonder why they said pizza will be ready for collection in 8 minutes obviously didn't gave it time to cook first time this happened very dissapointend not going there again. Dough was so undercooked it was sticking to my teeth and gums,who cooked it,please do it properly or you will be loosing more customers. Even cheese in the crust is not even melted

Had a delivery using the web site. This is not the first time driver has got lost and not found the house a few doors down from where he stopped. He rang to see which house and then still went to turn around in the opposite direction before my husband waved him. He just couldn't be bothered to drive a few more doors down the road. Lack of sat nav's + no motivation = a cold delivery of food. Prepaid for the order so they aren't bothered if they don't deliver. Disgusting.

Perfect, as all Domino's pizza shops are. Always good staff who will point you towards the best deals they have.
