Never got to taste the food as I was buying for someone else. Won’t be going back because of the plastic screens and paranoia.

Fantastic fish n chips

One of the hidden gems in March really great prices and food is great from here the owners are lovely people and one of the few places you can get scraps from great when mixed in with the chips I would really recommend this place the best thing on the menu is the curry pancake roll worth a try

Always delicious , service is very good and this is the chip shop we go to all the time. Best southern fried chicken in town .

Always a good takeaway from GoldenLand. We don't get takeaways too often but this one is a good one. The only slight negative is i like my chips a little crisper.

We've been going here for years and have never had a bad meal. Chips are good and the batter is crispy. The service is always friendly and prompt and while there are many chippies in March, we have always preferred this one. It should also be worth noting that we never have problems parking, there are a couple of bays outside, but otherwise there is lots of on street (legal) parking nearby

Lovely fish cooked to order nice thin crispy batter and nice not to have it swimming with grease which other fish and chip shops we have tried are. Good value for money too. Friendly staff. Will def use again and try more of the menu

Really nice fresh chips and freshly cooked jumbo sausage. Not a huge chip eater but these were really nice.

Rip off! I ordered two pieces of fish and a large portion of chips. Whilst the fish was lovely, the amount of chips left a great deal to be desired. It was meant to be a LARGE portion: to me it looked like a small portion. Will definitely think twice before going there again.
