KFC in Fenland

Food was lovely! Pity you don't do the sauce we had when we had Olympics. Very clean and tables cleaned. Could do with a button on door both sides for the disabled. All in all lovely meal. Thanks. PS - Pity you don't DELIVER to postcode PE14 7QL (Mill Road, Walpole Highway)

Wow, the worst service ever. We waited 40 mins for the food. The manager was scruffy and unkempt with a torn t-shirt who looked like she just couldn't be bothered. It's such a shame because it's recently had a make over. It's in desperate need of some decent duty managers to drive performance.

Had no choice but to go through drive thru due to amount of cars obviously 'parked' anywhere on the surrounding land. When asked what we wanted & explaining we were only trying to turn around as had gone past the road we wanted as weren't local the person told us we shouldn't have been so stupid & would now cause chaos to their system & we were just being selfish going through 'her' drive through. I pointed out if her customers had parked sensibly we wouldn't have had to. She uttered words to make an Irish Navvie blush. My husband trying to placate her asked for a coffee please. We don't do hot drinks here she sneered. So NO we won't be going back there again even though we've just bought a house a couple of streets away. Disgustingly rude staff.

Paid that money and didint got my 8 hot wing, no x4 mini fillets...1star!!!

Arrived last night and was met by a customer going in complaining that the chicken was raw so I checked mine which was also raw so was quickly replaced... Got home to find out my partners hot wings and Zinger burger were.... RAW!! Rang up to complain and was met with 'Are you sure it wasn't the marinade on the Chicken?' Really?? 3 complaints from 3 customers in about 30 mins and they are blaming the customers. Don't go here unless you want a few days off work with Salmonella poisoning. Told the Manager to retrain the staff on cooking the chicken as they could seriously hurt someone and they said they will look into it and sort it out (I doubt it!!) In all seriousness PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! It's not worth your life or someone else's!!

Went through the drive through Friday 20th May 7pm , waited in Carpark for over 50mins , others cars fed up and drove off without their orders, people returning their orders as incorrect, finally after asking where my food was it arrived….INCORRECT.. missing drink… missing Kansas bites … missing chips !!!!!! Absolutely horrendous service !! Staff have no idea what they are doing !! Need sacking or re-training… will Not be visiting Wisbech again 😡😡😡😡

What an absolute shambles...pulled up and waited 3 to 4 minutes at the drive thru speaker. Seeing it had sticky tape all over it i surmised it was broken so went round to the window.The staff were milling about inside a practically empty restaurant and totally ignored me.Let's hope the phone order was worth it...as it was obviously a bigger priority than a customer at your store.Funny thing is i can't even review this store on the app as i had no receipt.When you retail food...the customer is king...just saying!

It's kfc . 🍗. You get what you expect. The place has just had a revamp. V.busy. staff helpful. Although it's obvious new staff. And they are not fully up 2 speed yet. . But food was ok

Food was cooked fresh and very hot but my chicken stacker was tough and to top it off I had a hair stuck to the bottom of my bun...won't be eating here again.

If you want a surprise meal I couldn't recommend them more. There are 2 types of surprises here, what you get vs what you ordered and actually getting what you ordered.They sometimes don't have all the parts of a meal but you should just accept that, pay full price and be greatfull for what you did get!They serve hundreds of customers a day they told me when I complained, you'd have thought they could bet it right at that point then!
