March Tandoori in Fenland

AVOID!! Pre ordered at 4.15pm ready for 4.30 when it says the shop is open! Had an email to say my delivery would be 5.20pm we waiting until 6pm and called the shop, was told it would be another 40 minutes!! Then we get a call at 6.40 saying the food will be leaving the shop in another 10 minutes. (We live in tipps end) at 7pm the driver calls and their in guyhirn. Complete opposite direction!! We told them to not bother and take the food back to the shop! My partner then drove there and demanded our money back!! Absolutely disgusting considering we pre ordered!! They was full of excuses they open at 4.30 but apparently they get there at that time so the ovens aren’t ready until 5pm!! They should get there earlier if opening times state 4.30pm!!The older man which I guess is the owner was telling the younger man no to the refund!!! Appalling customer service and disgusting attitude!!! We ordered from here quite a few times with no issues! We waited patiently but 3 hours of waiting is inexcusable!!

Ordered at 6.25 pm... told food would be an hour, chased at 8.15pm and told they were just finishing the last dish. now 9.00pm and still nothing... I get that you're busy but WTAF!!!

Yes I have to say real nice food ..You can tell because it is so busy

Food is beautiful and the prices are decent, the staff are slso very friendly

AWFUL 2HOURS no food told “we don’t know where it is” avoid at all costs better of going to spoons at least you will get your food.

Sorry if I did a bad rating, my friend didnt like it there so for some reason he said a bit bad stuff but a bit good stuff

Lovely tasty food , friendly staffHowever service on this occasion was slow, waited to order food (no other customers physically in store), cooking also seamed to take longer than I expectedWould rate it as a 4.5 / 5 star overall. Would still recommend

Took 2 hours to get a curry delivered...... 2 hours. To be fair food was really good but not worth the wait. Will not order again

They agreed to make veg version of 3 dishes for us.Two of them were excellent, exceeded expectations, tasty, fresh, authentic flavour.Last dish arrived and was meat. So we called and they apologised, then begrudgingly agreed to send replacement. Two hours later, hadnt arrived...called them, no answer (twice) then they closed for the night.Food was great but service not so great.Would still return in hope this was a one off
