McDonald's in Fenland

By far the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for our food. Cold chips, cold big tastys and cold lattes. Counter staff were rude. Others were complaining they had been waiting 10 minutes for a chicken nugget happy meal.Was pleasantly surprised after this that my cold drink, was in fact cold - they got something right at least.Never again. Will drive 20 miles to Peterborough next time.

Can't believe it, waited ages for order, thought ok they are busy but the place then emptied and still no food, 20mins after ordering... Food wasn't even warm, burger and fries cold and coffee was barely warm, my baby would have refused their bottle if it was that temperature, I may as well of asked for an an iced frappe!!What the hell.

Popped in for a comfort break during a 4 hour car journey. It was easy to use the self order checkout and was only a short wait for the food. Staff was friendly. No problems at all 👍🏻

Double BigMac light only at McDonald in Wisbech

Shocking as always after 9pm cold fries and cold burger I even tried asking for no gurkin to see if it would be fresher or warmer but to no avail, I use this place regularly as I work near bye but always disappointed with the food. Just keep the food warm/hot! Although 1 in 10 is warm/hot! Thank God work has a microwave, but why are we given and paying for sub standard food!I'd avoid unless you have a microwave or oven to hand.

I'd say they usually miss an item on your order almost every time which is really frustrating and can't believe they don't double check, just careless. Lane design is rubbish every single car mounts the curb on the leftmost lane of the 2.

Big Mac and the coffee was flat cold. Took the coffe back for a hot one and it was replaced without a fuss. I was too hungry to care about the temperature of my Big Mac but they really should be serving them warm at the very least. Not the worst McDonalds ive ever had but not great.

The seating area is always freezing... The aircon is always on cold consequently your food goes cold. I have asked staff why its always cold they say they don't know but they are told to keep the aircon on.... Its December!!! You will need to keep your coat on and get out sharpish

Even for a quiet evening, service was very slow. Members of staff just standing around. More keen on the Deliveroo drivers than us. Waited over 15 mins for food for 4 people.

I usually have a great experience with wisbech mcdonald’s, friendly staff and nice food. However I recently had a very below average experience with an employee named Savannah. They were extremely blunt and rude and made my husband and I feel very unwelcome. On the plus side the other staff were lovely and food was prepped super quick. Thanks.
