Pappas Kebab And Pizza in Fenland

Over priced for 4 bits of chicken in one medium kebab and 4 bits of lamb in the other kebab that was ment to be a large ..... chips are cold will not be ordering again

Food was cold. No cheese on chips what was ordered. Onions in kabab which just ruined it also put green paper things in nana kabab with the storks really disappointed first time trying here to. Kabab taste ok but taste like onion

Took nearly 2 hours for a delivery. Tried to phone to make sure there wasn't a problem but can only assume the phone was off the hook (rang 37 times). Food finally arrived, salad in cheese burger consisted of slice of cucumber, half a slice of tomato and red cabbge and no cheese. Pizza was over cooked. Sorry Pappas shall not be returning!

Lovely food, always hot when arrives, the staff are so nice and friendly will always be using them never had a problem, have been using for a few years now. Always arrives when told it will be

We had the Papas mixed kebab from here and it was absolutely delicious, cannot reccoment them more, delicious meat cooked perfectly and wonderful fresh salad too, I shall be trying more from the menu that's for sure .

This used to be the best kebab shop in Wisbech, large portions, nice food and good service. However, over the last few months this place has seriously gone downhill. Greasy food, slow service, smaller portions and regularly getting orders wrong. The last straw for me though was when I went to the shop and they tried to over charge me. I spotted this and questioned it and they changed to the right price but my food then took ages despite nobody else being in the shop, they didn't put the sauce on i asked for and I got a really small portion. I'll never go back.

Without a doubt the worst kebab and service ever.Preordered online for 5pm. Food arrived 6.15.1 lamb and 1 chicken kebab. Except it was 2 lamb kebabs. Phoned to say they got the order wrong. Got offered a 50% off next order. Partner refused as he doesn't eat lamb. Begrudgingly they said they would deliver the chicken kebab we paid for 1hr 20 minutes later a chicken kebab arrived.The lamb was over salty, Fatty, greasy and the xl was no bigger than a large. The chicken tasted fine and the salad in it was fresh. But both were stone cold on arrival.Terrible customer service, cold food if delivered (an insulated food box in the car if delivery is offered would be sensible surely? )I definitely would not recommend this place.
