Absolutely, second to none attention to detail. Really user friendly facilities and staff. When voicing minor disappointment about not being able to utilise saved vouchers on a mother's day meal, I was awarded a 30% discount which worked out well in favour as I kept vouchers for another day and benefitted from a warm please come back genuine customer care approach, which I shall. Please keep up the good work ethic, standards and professionalism.

Really friendly staff. Food was nice and prompt, especially for a group of us. Happy to go back!

Doesn't take cash! Only card, when asked why....... I was told it was down to management...... Sorry but cash is good enough 😡😡😡😡😡 will not be back and I will be spending my cash with another business 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I enjoyed a delicious three course meal with my mother in a lovely Italian restaurant of immaculate design with a relaxing homely atmosphere, wheelchair accessible comfortable seating and friendly staff who were very helpful with all our requirements.

Ignoring the Price, Portion Sizes and Quality of the food which if you've been to this place I'm sure you would be aware aren't great to begin with, They do not take cash which would be fine if it was made clear and obvious on their home page on their website, It might be on their website but it isn't clear and obvious if so, My wife went there with cash and was made to look very silly when she found out it was card only which is pretty embarrassing when your out with friends, Hugely disappointing experience comes to mind, I won't go into to much detail on the food it's self as that depends more on your pallet and I don't feel it's fair to describe the actual taste of the food on our part in any restaurant, The portion sizes are poor but of course that depends on the sort of restaurant it is so once again it's not fair to comment to much on that, Similar with the price of course they are over charging for food and drink in our opinion but I feel as though you pay more for the atmosphere which in our case wasn't good but it could be in yours as it's completely subjective.Our personal experience wasn't great hence our personal rating,I would like to add it feels harsh rating this 1 Star but it is only though our personal tastes and opinions, Please if someone who shares similar tastes to yourself recommends this restaurant please try it at least once, every single restaurant deserves one chance on our occasion it didn't work out but this entire review is just our experience and we simply cannot rate it any higher.

Not just another Prezzo! This one situated next to the Light cinema in Wisbech is somehow different. Hard to put your finger on it but it is. The staff go out of their way to serve you without it feeling patronising. The food from starters to main course are always excellent maybe because every time we visit the same staff are in the kitchen. A good chef and assistants are priceless. My only gripe would be the desserts slightly overpriced for the portion size, especially the ice cream. Suggest a Mcflurry from across the road, twice the size and half the price. Otherwise thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Terrible bland food, really dissapointing.We have eaten here in the past( before lockdown) and the food has always been ok. Garlic bread very dry. Carbonara watery and was sent back. Lasagne was tasteless :-( on a positive staff were friendly and helpful.

First and last Uber eats order with a 442 promotion and added 2 x large house fries, £12. See pic for portion size. Contacted prezzo and they told me to complain to Uber. Complained to Uber and they won't do anything no refund for fries. So won't be using that service again.

Booked online for our anniversary.very welcoming, polite and well presented staff. fabulous choice on the menu. I had stuffed mushrooms to start. there was 6 mushrooms busting with cheese and garlic which were superb. hubby had the giant meatballs and spicy calzone which he said was bursting with flavour. he then had the brownie dome and I had the salted caramel tart.great atmosphere and decor only downside was apparently the male toilets were overly clean. But that's me being picky
