My family came here for mother's Day brunch. The staff were friendly, we all had different dishes, which came out in decent time and we all enjoyed them. Would definitely return.

Food excellent, staff very friendly, personally though I prefer the ambiance at Route 47 - rock music, sports & film memorabilia more my thing than Elvis and a Juke box.Would I go to Shooters again? Maybe. Would I go to Route 47 again? DEFINITELY.

WOW Loaded over the pond breakfast. That definitely hit the mark and filled me up. Served really hot and didn't take that long to cook. Nice big mug of filtered coffee that was mild in flavour. 2 lovely young waitresses that served with a smile. We will return to try the rest of the menu....

By far one of the best American diners I've come across. Not only is the food in large portions (like in America) but it is as close to American food as I have found. Came for dinner and was not disappointed, had the hot dog with chilli and pulled pork and it was spectacular. They also have A&W root beer which is a huge plus for me as it's my favorite back home. If you're looking for a good american food experience outside the actual USA, I'd recommend adding this to your list of places to try for sure. The staff were also really helpful and very nice, will definitely be back.

Before I start,I have an issue with my mental health where I lose control when confronted and become ill for days.I stay away from certain places/people because of it, pubs, chavs ect. This was an exciting find for me.When I arrived my son and I were told they had no root beer or big red. Disappointed as that leaves in my opinion no American soft drinks, but we went for it regardless.I ordered just our starters Nachos, French fries & mozzarella sticks. 5 mozerella sticks are £4, they came out just that, No garnish no effort. Nachos(held the salsa) came out, No Jalapenos or garnish.Chips(I was told these were frozen!!.but they claim all is fresh!)Came pale and stodgy with microwaved cheddar on top, still no garnish. I couldn't eat them but I didn't want to send them back as My teenage son was hungry, however, My 17yr old bottomless pit of a son couldn't finish these(he's made it through a pat of butter thinking it was cheese before lol). When I reluctantly noted all these things I was confronted by a chef, came from nowhere standing with their hands on their hips asking me if I had a problem(I DID NOT ASK TO SPEAK TO THE CHEF!!)I pointed out about my missing jalapenos and was told as I didn't want salsa I didn't get them cause they were mixed into that, I checked the menu in front of her and pointed out(see photo)they are listed separate,I was told "well they're not"...No refund or comp offered.....just a sorry mumbled as she walked off.So the menu is played around with, food is NOT FRESH And the chef told me that's how things always are.I paid £21 for this upset.IN OTHER WORDS ID SUGGEST THESE PEOPLE LEAVE SHOOTERS TO THE AMERICANS AND OPEN A BURGER VAN!!WAITING Staff are sweet but do not fit in with the theme, too sweet. I won't comment on the "chef" as I have no experience on using a microwave. The place is clean and this time I was given cutlery and napkins.I have a fantastic first review and ment it but this place is tainted now by the rude confrontational chef....I'd like to be contacted by the owner please.

2nd time at this wonderful little nugget. Without a doubt, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Solid, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Great music and decor too. Thanks guys. Almost worth moving up here just for this place!

Food is amazing and friendly staff. The gluten free pizza is the best I've ever had and they don't charge extra for GF food! Defiantly makes you feel welcome if you have a food allergy or ceoliac disease!
