Sun Luck in Fenland

I placed an order for collection, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. I ordered chicken satay skewers and was provided with chicken satay in sauce with all of the vegetables. We also ordered BBQ sauce and ribs in BBQ sauce, both of which looked like congealed sweet and sour sauce and tasted nothing like BBQ sauce.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Waste of money. Chips and prawn crackers were stale. Chicken was slimy and had a weird texture to them. Rice was greasy and so was the beef. Beef wasn’t even worth the price. When asking for instructions, i asked for no peas and no onions and they still proceeded to add them. My sister is now suffering with food poisoning due to such disgusting food. Food really how downgraded since the new year. Food is always cold and feels stood. Not enjoyable one bit. When trying to contact the place, got no answer by phone and no email to contact either. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy🤮

One of the best, been having take aways from them for 23 years, only thing is they don't take card payment, there are a lot like me that don't use cash anymore that needs sorting out

Placed an order at 4.57pm and still hasn't arrived 1hr45 mins later. Receptionist just said 5 more minutes. Not great service

We have used Sun Luck for a good few years but have found the last few times we ordered our usual things, the quality of cooking has gone downhill, we waited an hour for delivery which we expect for a Friday but, crispy chilli beef not crispy but chewy, chips that were cold and seemed as if they had been in the bag for a long time, chicken balls not crispy, and everything swimming in grease? Sun luck Special fried rice that has a funny taste. All this food is going to waste tonight as it’s inedible, good money down the drain which is unnecessary. I would take the bag of wasted food back to the takeaway but don’t think it would make any difference. Very disappointed tonight. After a phone call to complain, was further disappointed by the response from reception who did not seem to know what to say!! You have lost a loyal customer tonight Sun Luck

We normally order the same order every time, which is excellent. Decided, as it was so good we'd have a change and try one of the set meals. Bad idea, one of the selections was sweet and sour pork and what we got was chicken, very over done. The sweet an sour was just very sweet. The rest was quite bland,the"special fried rice had a few pieces of chicken in it. My advice, if you find something that's good, stick to itMy advuse

Not the best but not the worst. Probably the worst on delivery times though. Batter on the balls is akin to grease paper and the chicken in the curry didn’t seem like proper chicken. It was too light and thin.

I went in there to order some food for me and my family. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the shop and how good the food tasted. The chips and ribs were cooked very well. Normally when I buy ribs and chips they are absolutely trash but this takeaway exceeded my expectations. The staff were kind and the service was good. I will be going there again.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed today. My order came to £15.90 I paid £20 and they gave me £2.60 change. So I was short changed. I don’t like being stolen from. So I’m not ever going back there. It might not of been much money but you do it to enough customers and you can make a small fortune. So my recommendation don’t go they unless you want to be stolen from!!!
