Pub under new management. Had a meal here tonight. Presentation was great food was fantastic. A great atmosphere were you can talk to each other without shouting. A great night out.

Great little find whilst driving through, great service, delicious food, comfortable clean and fresh surroundings. Will definitely pop back again.

I haven't been for a long time, but returning after all these years was a real pleasure. I took my parents and son for a Saturday evening meal. Excellent starters, mains and pudding for a very reasonable price in smashing surroundings, served by extremely friendly staff. We will return soon.

I was one of a group of 16 just had Sunday lunch at the Railway, Whittlesey. One of the best meals ever 😂 .As a vegetarian I was given roasted butternut squash filled with mixed beans plus Yorkshire pudding, plus vegetables. Beautifully cooked, lovely presentation. Ginger pudding was homemade, best I have ever eaten. Very nicely decorated, very clean, polite friendly staff and great prices. Complements go to the chef. I will definitely be returning and recommending to all. The only downside was a few of the group didn't like eating off boards/slates. Plates and dishes please!!!

I went here on Sunday as a party of 4. We had roast dinners with one being vegetarian. The man was courteous, friendly and allowed use to relax just checking enough that we were OK. We were shocked at the cost as we had 4 dinners one espresso one J20 a lemonade and 2 red wines for under £40. The decor is lovely. We are going again soon. From a pub with a bad reputation to this is a nice change. Congratulations 🎊

My first visit to The Railway Inn, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we all enjoyed our food it was very good, our two young children enjoyed the music while they waited for their food. Pricing was great as we had the earlybird deal & was told they had just launched children eat for free in the week.All round a lovely family evening and we'll be back. Thank you.

Resturant has been redecorated and looks amazing good choice if food, and freshly cooked.only 3 stars though as on both visits I had food that was overcooked, spicy bean burger was dry and had crispy beans ...

Had Sunday lunch which was very nice and great value. Just the right size so we could also have one of there homemade deserts! Good service and nice surroundings.

I've only just walked out of this place and I had to write a review, Sunday dinner 2 for £10 ok if you was paying 9.95 each maybe a bit steep but the starters are home made all deserts all home made even down to the ice cream, how on earth this place isn't packed I will never know because it's a class place even to sit outside for a Sunday afternoon drink and next time we will get the train as it's right next to it and sit and watch the world go past with a glass of rośe wine what was perfection
