USA Chicken in Fenland

Very poor delivery time had put an order in for delivery sat waiting over 30mins only to ring to see where it is get told that their extremely busy what a load of rubbish more like they've lost our order now we've got to and collect it as its still not ready well if its the case that your extremely busy I suggest you get more drivers

Absolutely the best chicken around, tastes just like kfc, ordered a chicken box and 2 kids chicken burger meals delivery was super fast and also my partner hates takeaways but absolutely demolished the chicken box. Super happy and will order from here again.

Excellent friendly staff with Covid safety awareness. Do order in advance as they can be busy during lunch, and dinner time. Delivery service thru app is easy to use and 99.5% on time when I've used it.

I have had visited twice but both time the chicken has been wet when you bit into it. The second time I had so food my family a I came down with a bad belly and my two children were sick.. As you can imagine we never went back..

Just been part of a facebook conversation where multiple people have shared their bad experiences of this place, including undercooked chips, barring a customer for complaining about undercooked chips, under cooked chicken, additional charges for things like having salad in a seperate container, gone off coleslaw, "their food is grim", telling customers to F off.The advice from the community is never to buy from hereJust had an order from USA chicken and I am appalled at what we received. The chicken burgers were dry and had to be thrown away. The chips were cold and crunchy and the kebab for £6 was pathetic. Will not be ordering from there again. When we rang to talk about this we received very rude and poor response.

Me and my mate Peter always love a kebab from here every Friday. Saturdays we get a chicken burger which are always gorgeous. The butch woman that works in the back always gives me stares though which is why it's not 5 star.

The chicken burger was ok but the fries tasted like they had been cooked last week then heated up in the microwave then refried they was disgusting if I'd give them a quarter star i would advise not going

Why there is so negative reviews? This place is really good they have best picas in march and chicken and prices are also very good! That is my favourite places to eat!

On a lads night out, my friends wanted to have something to eat. At first I went into dominoes but they all said that USA chicken is much cheaper. When we arrived, there was no customers there so I waited for my two friends to order. Once done, I ordered a pizza with a bottle of 7up and then paid for it although they did not give me the drink there and then so I thought it would be given when the pizza is served. When my pizza was done they served it but I still had not gotten my drink. I waited for the people who were ordering to be finished and then I would ask. Eventually I went up to the counter and a different cashier was there now (a younger brighter lad) to which I told him that I had ordered a bottle of 7up which I was not given. The lad went and asked about it to the person who served me to which he gave me a glare and said 'we do not do bottles of 7up, only cans' (and had in fact charged me for the price of a can). They gave me a can but as I walked away I heard the man still mentioning 7up to his other colleagues and laughing about it (as if I was stupid). This in my opinion was bad customer service as they did not give me a drink when they were supposed to do and the menu makes it out that they DO sell bottles of 7up. The pizza itself was good but pretty basic (just as good as a frozen pizza from Sainsbury's) and next time I will go to dominoes as they taste better. My sister told me later on that she went here once and ordered chicken, that next day she got food poisoning....
