Very very helpful and friendly staff can be found here, any issue you have or any concerns regarding products in store or food/drinks to be picked up they are more than happy to help, its hard to find staff who are both willing and happy to help a customer in need with a smile!I drive past a couple of different places to arrive at this one because the experience is above and beyond what is expected of them!If you live in the area or are passing through be sure to try and grab the bits you need from this store! Will definitely be back!

Half a cup of coffee and half a cup of foam…… great value pfft!!!!! Place is extremely dirty, had to clean my own table as EVERY table had dirty cups/dishes on it… staff standing around talking instead of cleaning up. NOT impressed

I was meeting with friends today and was running a little late, queue was fine but had a lovely girl serve me and made me feel like I was her first custome of the day,Amazing staff and amazing food, I had my food ready for me sitting down with coffee which was made to perfection.Friendly, warm and homely feel to the cafe.Dirty in the sense of table top not wiped and dishes piling upFurniture abit worn and distressed and some TLC needed to the walls, maybe a lick of paintBut overall my best coffe houseI would recommend for catch ups or coffee breaksWould love to be able to book a table in advanceGreat coffee, great food and great staff

Visited on 19/12/21at around 1pm. Ordered two cups of tea, a scone and a lemon muffin, the tea was fine it was hot and was delivered exactly as I ordered with the teabags kept separately the lemon muffin was ok, but the scone in comparison was dense and hard as if had been baked a couple of days ago and kept under cover.not a pleasant experience I understand that cafe Nero is an 'italian coffee house', but really if you can't deliver fresh baked goods especially something as simple as a scone then I would suggest that you refrain from stocking them, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend purchasing scones as an accompaniment as it could be a big disappointment.

Absolutely filthy. Tables floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Toilets walls and floors very dirty. The staff and coffee are good.

I like Cafe Nero coffee so you know what you're getting there, it's always consistent. Food is very run of the mill, pre-packaged and just heated up for you if required. The Forestside shop always seems to have a queue and regardless of the number of staff (5 when I was in today) it always seems to take longer than it should. This makes it tricky to nip in for a quick flat white to go, although I do understand there's a large footfall here and there tends to be a not insignificant number of purple rinsers who are not in any rush.

Staff are lovely and really friendly. Coffee is decent. The cafe itself is very run down and worn looking. Old sheets lying over things torn seats. Bit of refurbishment needed

We like Nero due to the design/atmosphere but really can’t understand why it’s so problematic to do a good foam from the soya milk. The picture of two cappuccino and one ristretto are attached.
