Costa Coffee in Forest Heath

Quick and friendly service, the best americano that I have had from a Costa in years.

Got greeted in Costa today from a lovely girl at the till a girl got told she was in training and could tell she was extremely nervous. She had abit of a upset and was emotional panicking. She offered the winter coffee option for my latte which I took and tasted lovely and She was learning on the hot drinks also. She came and gave me table service. And tidied away once I was done and finished. She checked my food was nice. I hope she starts believing in herself as she is a bright girl. And very polite. Would be very happy for the new girl to serve me again.

Came into Costa today and was greeted very nice from a lovely girl at the till a new girl training and could tell she was very nervous. She did very good at pursuading me to buy the last packet of the persey pigs. And offered the extra 25p option for my coffee which I took and it tasted amazing. She was very eager to learn on the hot drinks also. Whilst my time of sitting down for a good hour or so the new girl which I managed to get her name Amy once she also came to my table to ask me was everything okay with my food and drinks. She was mopping the floor where there was a spillage tidying the tables. So she was doing food drinks and serving and making sure the place was clean. Even though she was very nervous of serving within that hour I thought she did very well on till and other places of her work in that store. I think once she has the confidence she will be amazing.

Very slow service at the moment, will hopefully get better. Seem to have a whole new set of staff

Waited over 30 minutes for drinks. Not even that busy staff were just so slow. Multiple drinks were wrong whilst I waited... Not a single table was wiped clean whilst I was in there, crumbs and rubbish on tables. Not good enough Costa, won't be returning till you train your staff!!

One of the best places for customer service I have ever experienced. I worked in retail for years so I have seen many people go above and beyond for customers but few places match that of Costa in Mildenhall.They opened after the lockdown was eased and they still remembered my coffee order.When it is busy, they handle it, seemingly, with ease.They always find time to have a chat, when it's not too busy, and I always feel welcomed. No fuss and no problems. Nothing is every too much for them.I love my local Costa and I would recommend it to all.Thank you for being you.

always come here; lovely staff; clean and tidy working area & service area; social distancing rules visibly enforced; top quality drinks; variation of food on display! only thing i’d suggest is more vegan sandwiches !

Great place to have a coffee ☕ and hang out with friends or family. Staff are amazing 👏, very friendly and helpful 👍. The cakes 🍰 and toasties 🥪 are delicious 😋. A great variety of hot ☕ and cold🥤 drinks which always taste great 👌. There's always a great atmosphere 😃. I can't praise the place enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
