Delivery really late. Ordered 18:45 and it arrived almost two hours later. Our order wasn’t even correct. Ordered duck and it came without the hoisin sauce and extras. Ordered peanut sauce and got curry sauce instead. Really bad service!

Very late and food is just bad. I can’t find words to describe how bad. I have gave them a few tries, same outcome every time. Host that I talked to was nice though.

Ordered from here few times this year and it’s been great. The rice is light and fluffy rather than coated in oil. The spring rolls are amazing dipped in satay sauce! The shredded chicken is nice and crispy. If you have ordered from here in past and it hasn’t been good I would give them another go as they have massively improved from when I ordered last year.

Very poor service. Ordered 2 chow meins for delivery at 18:00, as we are self isolating, was told they were busy and would have it by 20:00, its now almost 21:00 and still no sign of it.They wont answer the phone, its either constantly engaged or rings off with no answer.No option to cancel the order or for refund. Disgusting service. Appauled.

I just spent over £50 on a takeaway which was the worst I have ever had.Burnt curry smelt and tasted of burnt smoke. Burnt Toffee pineapple the burnt Toffee was so bitter it was inedible.I would avoid like the plague as there are other Chinese takeaways in Newmarket to choose from.

We order takeaway for collection about once a month and it's always fine, I've never had the issues that other google reviewers seem to have with this place. Food is fine. The only complaint I have is in the most recent order the Dim Sum platter only had a tablespoon full of crispy seaweed, and the steamed rice was in a smaller container than normal. Otherwise, happy to use again, as always.Updated: May 2018 - This place continues to be fine and we get a takeaway for collection about once a month or so.
