Greggs in Forest Heath

Shocking. I found a live beetle in my Chicken Mayonnaise baguette. Used to love the baguettes from here but now I feel sick to my stomach. I was unsure whether to post about this as it happened a fortnight ago but fear the preparation stations here are unclean - so beware when buying a sandwich from here.

Tried picking up something to eat but as soon as I started looking at the hot food counter, one of the workers stepped infront of me without saying a thing and proceeded to aimlessly take stuff on and off of the shelves whilst making me wait. After about two minutes I just walked out, total laughing stock.

Most uninterested staff I’ve ever encountered. I realise it can be tough working in this sector but a basic positive response would have been appreciated.

Wonderful food plenty of choice, always consistent. Quick service at good prices. What else could you want

Horrid experience here. Staff didn't help and cover up accidents. Don't follow health and safety policies either.

Gregg is Gregg what can be said the hot chocolate is the best and the cheese and onion bake are the best

Polite and friendly staff food nice and hot.

Kings Heath Gregg's doesn't have much to offer. Staff seen grumpy It's just not the same Gregg's as it was a few years ago. There are better placed and I think Gregg's is on its way out.

I only passed by so am giving it 2 stars for deco' no need for me to elaborate on the pies ...I mean come on is their anyone out there who doesn't know what Gregg's pies taste like ..?? Oh rightio !!...there is some out there who don't know ...Well come closer (as I'm gonna whisper)They taste just like all the other Greg outlets .

Excellent, I cannot compare Greggs, it's superbly fresh and the management services is great, kings heath branch visited
