Sakura - Japanese & Chinese Restaurant in Forest Heath

Everything tasted awful, will never order from here again 😒 and it took an hour for delivery when it's a 2 min drive

Friendly staff. The plate I ordered came with dry rice, chicken, pork and super tiny dry shrimp all mixed. The egg drop soup comes with tons of soy sauce. The price is very high for what you get.

Very delicious food and quick service, we had some chicken skewers, sushi and a curry to share all excellent, would go there again and pricing was good also

Sakura was the first Japanese restaurant in the UK I ate at and every other place I try does not compare. The staff are extreamly professional and always expedient, no matter if you are dinning in or takeaway. Highly recommend!!

It's our families go to Monday night dinner, either delivery or dine in. Ms. Angie takes excellent care to the next level in serving us. The restaurant is clean and inviting, while the menu keeps us coming back again and again. We enjoy the sushi, gyoza and entrees. If near Lakenheath, for sure recommend.

Staff are very friendly, and they are very quick with the preparation of the food. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Overpriced. The foods good but the ramen isn't up to par. Sushi doesn't feel like it has the attention that it should. Honestly I'd eat somewhere that's cheaper just because it's better quality for your money.

This was our first visit to Sakura ，Amazing food. Really lovely quality chicken, all ingredients taste so fresh，Service was excellent and the food came out very quick. We would definitely recommend.

Edit: just wanted to reiterate how amazing this place is. When they got my order wrong… even though they were close to closing they made a new one for me! I have had so many bad experiences where I was told to just eat my order (when it was wrong), but these people really go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. And their food is amazing! Highly recommend them.Good food! Love the crispy salmon maki!

Food was decent, Nice decorations, and music fits the theme very well (Chinese music). Good parking and good spacing in the restaurant. Saw a lot of little trash and dirt at our table area, we were the only ones there, Waitress was not very friendly. She barely spoke to us, She just came over and waited for us to say our orders, then when I told her what We wanted she used the term “what” and so I repeatedly said what we wanted. We finished our meals and she did not clear out our dishes when it was piled up. No customers interaction but when she did spoke it was in a rude response. Even when we asked for a takeout box she did not clear out our dishes. Ladies restroom was a bit messy and tissues around, despite us being the only ones there. Only time she smiled was when we paid for our meals and are about to leave. With my overall experiences I can say If you are someone who enjoys to dine in based on good customer service then I don’t recommend, Takeouts would be best option. oh though I have experienced this, I do plan on coming back, I believe that it was just a bad day.
