Subway in Forest Heath

I just been from the shop, i am subway customer for long time, my uni life i had subway was my everyday lunch, i went At forestgate today just 10 mins ago, the guy was serving did not have any customer service experience at all, no greetings, no friendly manner, no thank you nothing.. I do not understand who recruited these people without zero knowledge of customer service experience, if u dont belive check the camera just 10 mins before from this review. The guy was serving he needs to go back to school to learn some basic manner, i did work for fast food for 8 years as a manager, run the store always kept smile under pressure, but the guy was serving only two customer was eating and i was just the person who ordered 6" long chicken teriyaki, but the service i have received today it was horrible, trust me if i see the guy again i wont be there again, so whoever working please requesting manager please train them how to behave or let them work for kitchen,.I know this review wont make any differences but for the betterment of the company they should learn manner first or u guys loose customer, we go to subway for its recognised brand not to see someones gloomy face.Thanks for for understanding it and i will hope next i will see smiley face with friendly manner.

Horrible smell inside, didn't finished my sandwich yet, horrible smell Inside. Hardly not recommended to everyone in this area. This was my first and last time to be there!!!!

Amazing service however the cashier failed to scan my subcard when i asked him to and he told me that it was scanned. Which I find a tad annoying.

Decent place however the customer service can be improved. People serving you are sometimes blunt with what you can and cannot have. People skills can be improved. Otherwise my Subway was good.
