The Bushel in Forest Heath

Went there on an emergency visit after failed taxi/no way home. Received good service and a pint after hours for me and partner, friendly and helpful, good vibes. Beer tasted strange but I suspect was cos we drinking other substance beforehand. Will go again

Nice place.. Enjoyable meal apart from the scampi could have been hotter, we should have told them and they would have rectified it as the staff were helpful and friendly.

Always a very warm welcome, feels like a personal service. Breakfast is lovely and great value for money, the Sunday roasts are the next best thing to a carvery, beautiful food, great service. Will definitely come again, every weekend hopefully 😁

Looking for a pint and a meal this is the place tostop at if you are shopping around The GuineasNewmarket. The menu is varied and all food isreasonably costed. Helpings and quality are good.This is a non-threatening place to eat in if you areon your own and staff are very helpful.

Just been for Breakfast, We gave it a shot, although the outside has looked grim for a year or so Now. However last month saw the arrival of a Cheerful new landlord and now a family run pub. They Served up a terrific breakfast for a 2 for £10 deal. The dining area was clean and bright and I enjoyed the breakfast so much, I will give the Sunday roast deal a try, when visiting Newmarket next.
