The Fountain in Forest Heath

We went on a Saturday evening and they managed to fit us in. Lovely food and good service.

Not great food, really disappointed and quite expensive.

The best Chinese food I’ve ever had!

I must say that this is the poorest , lowest quality Special Fried Rice that I have ever had . £ 8 for two tiny portions , which contained little more than minute flecks of meat and one prawn ! What more can I say than I feel an absolute mug to have paid so much for so little . If I could have given less than one star I would have , it is more than I had to eat.

Fantastic food and only the friendliest of service! A family favourite worthy of the trip, everytime.

We had a set meal for 2 and it was fresh and delicious. Thank you to the owners and staff at The Fountain.

The service was fast and attentive, the food was decent but perhaps a little predictable. I imagine they are used to churning out meals on race day... Tuesday night not quite the same. Give it a go if you like atypical UK Chinese restaurant fare.

Perfect food every time! Going back again this week! Highly recommend the mayo prawns and salt and pepper chicken
