Great food, excellent service and most friendly staff

Great service & friendly staff. The only disappointment is the cost of drinks were about 25% more expensive than the pub literally across the road.

What a lovely place to have dinner! The food was quite good and the service was friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The sticky toffee date pudding was AMAZING! I really hope I get to return in the future because it was the best sticky toffee I've had in a restaurant! The restaurant is absolutely delightful!

Ate their yesterday , 4 of us. Staff very pleasant and just the right amount odd attentiveness We all had pizzas, very good especially the artisan bases. Atmosphere was nice with tables well spread apart. Puddings we’re both tempting and excellent. Restaurant is in. Building repurposed from something else. Looks welcoming from the outside and interesting inside. In all a lovely evening

Ate there on Monday or Tuesday with my partner and we had bruschetta, olives, pepperoni pizza and gnocchi. All excellent. The two waiters serving were very friendly, professional and attentive and the service was fast. The atmosphere was very nice and even the ladies' toilets were nicely decorated and, importantly, clean. I liked the Christmas decorations in the restaurant as well. Can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks!

Warm but unpretentious! Great service, great food, recommend to anyone. We had a really lovely birthday meal, thank you to all the team!

Lovely, friendly restaurant, with good food. Clean, modern decor. The restaurant is family friendly with a good kids menu and portions are an appropriate size. Not too expensive. The toilets are clean too.

Unfortunately, another terrible experience at Wildwood. I had given this a third chance and still it's just really average and totally overpriced. They seemed to be stressed and understaffed, so it took about 50 mins from starter to main course. The starters were much better than the mains, no complaints there but the mains were utterly terrible. Burnt, tasteless, and likened to a Tesco's ready meal. Burnt chicken, blacked edge fries, tasteless fish, and spaghetti with no flavour. I can't understand how they are able to serve such sub standard meals. If they were short staffed, they shouldn't open than serve this quality of food for actually, an above standard price. The waitress was friendly, but we had to ask several times for drinks and felt rather forgotten. I don't want to give an unfair review, but after returning again - still terrible terrible food. I have attached a picture of my burnt chicken burger which was like rubber. Do not recommend at all.

From the outside, there is nothing to draw you in. Once inside, it's cozy and nice. We ordered the mozzarella and garlic bread for an appetizer. Philly cheese steak and the carbonara pasta. Both were fantastic and reasonably priced. We will be coming back to try more of the menu.
