Belton fish & chips Kebab & Pizza in Great Yarmouth

They took the order down wrong which is not our mistake. When we called up to rectify the issue they were very rude and hung up. We rang back again and he said he’s the cheapest around bye bye. They may be the cheapest but certainly lack in their customer service experience.

Incorrect order taken, called to rectify the situation, however was met by rude staff who put the phone down on me twice and implied this was my error! Told they are the cheapest in the area and to shop elsewhere. Never experienced such poor customer service and mediocre food

We had food from here last night as our usual chip shop was closed. The food was awful and literally thrown in the bin, the fish was greasy and burnt the cod roe hard . The pie was probably the only thing edible . Situated next to a pub could be a good business but needs completely re thinking and a better quality of food served

This without doubt is the best takeaway kebab in the area and would match any ive had outside the area. Excellent customer service. Once they forgot to deliver chips- i notified them and it was there in 10 minutes. Highly recommended

Fantastic little takeaway. Was staying at a nearby caravan and took a punt on the nearest fast food venue, and I'm glad I did. Great prices, a great selection and more importantly really tasty food (good size portions too). Staff were really friendly, and patient....serving times were good. We were that impressed we'll probably go again tonight.

The portion sizes and prices are amazing. Also the staff are really friendly. Only thing to remember is they only accept cash but you can pay via card ordering through the website or just eat app. I fully recommend this place it caters for everyone needs :)

Good value takeaway (I'm seeing a pic of pub next door though!) It's a takeaway, varied menu, great value offers. Phone ahead for superfast service, or a few seats if you decide to walk in and wait.

Just ordered 14inch CHEESE pizza that came with pepperoni. I wouldn’t usually complain as I’m not a vegetarian however my sister is. Therefore we called up and explained our situation I told them our situation, we didn’t want a new pizza I just asked if the whole pizza was covered in pepperoni. I got accused of being called a liar and was greeted with terrible customer service.
