Burger King in Great Yarmouth

The food was disgusting and so over priced for what they serve

Great Yarmouth Market Gates. The poor staff. There were only 3 of them, trying their best but the wait was too long. The toilet was disgusting but I didn't complain as they were so understaffed.

Didn't have the frozen Fanta machine, can't give 5 stars until they get one. Would be better if it was drive through.....

Staff were very friendly. They were very busy, but were very nice to everyone in the place. Food was hot and good. Xx

Very slow. Confusing app, info not going from the app to the store properly. No sign of any management on the shop floor. Actually felt quite sorry for the staff working this evening.

Always short staff only 2 staff 1 cooking and 1 doing everything else. Had to wait 10 min to get served when only 2 people already served and waiting for there food had to wait for them to get there food b4 I got served to take my order

Decent burger but chips were overcooked and lukewarm. Staff had no enthusiasm and didn't seem bothered.Tables and chairs were being wiped after customers but not thoroughly as there were still crumbs on the table. Toilet floor was dirty and sticky and toilet seat was wet. Overall if you're not fussed about a hot meal or cleanliness then you'll be satisfied here.

Food is OK but the chips are advertised as large fries buy when they arrive there is only half a portion. On a thew occasions they have missed items off the order and when trying to phone they do not answer. But Just Eat do refund the missing items it's just frustrating.

Visited Burger King in Yarmouth today. No hand sanitisor in machine. A couple had waited 25 mins for order and as they were asking what had happened to their order I saw my order placed in metal holding bay. When I asked if that was my order after staring at it for 10 minutes the server placed it in a bag and handed it to me. I said I had ordered a meal and she then placed fries in bag and asked me what drink I wanted and I said the one you poured for me earlier. Not sure what was going on or indeed how long the person had been working there but I would have thought one of the other members of the team could have jumped in and helped her. My meal was cold.Not good.

Really poor service and poor quality food. The last 3 orders have been incorrect and I've been left out of pocket. Placed order in person, hoping it would be correct, but no the order was still incorrect with missing items. Burgers was thrown together and looked like they'd been put in a vice. The staff are completely disorganised. Disappointed is an understatement.
