This was a first for me, staying at a beachfront hotel in the UK and I was ready to leave after the first night. Was put in a room at the back of the hotel and despite being on the first floor, there was a flat roof outside our window, which felt unsafe to leave the window open despite the heat in the room. There was barely room to move around the double bed and the walls were paper thin. We were the only guests in the hotel wearing a mask and staff were not prompting other to do so. When we went to bed the headboard fell off, it was too hot to sleep and you could here coughing and sneezing in the corridors which was really off putting in the current climate. As i said, I could have easily left after that first night but I spoke to Nikki, (hope that is spelt correctly), she apologised and started to put things right. Firstly she asked if i minded maintenance could go and look at the headboard and within minutes they reported back that this was a new bed but the headboard had not been secured by the installers and they had rectified that. Nikki arranged a fan, a deep clean of the landing area and requested that we stay another night which we did. The fan made a massive difference and a good nights sleep was had.We ate dinner at the hotel which was really nice and the staff looking after you in the dining room were exceptional at breakfast time and at dinner. This hotel is in an excellent location with helpful, professional staff but is in need of some investment.

A group of over 50s stayed here on a Monday to Friday holiday and found it very pleasant despite being in different areas. Food was good, service was excellent. Maybe go again.

The small room was overall clean but the sink had several long black hairs in it which needed to be dealt with. The bed was a short double. I had great difficulty sleeping as my legs dangled off the end of it by about a foot (I'm 6'4).Otherwise, the facilities are modern and functional.

Myself and my family have just come back from a 5 day stay at the Palm Court Hotel. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean with plenty of seating areas for larger groups, the hotel facilities are excellent! The indoor heated pool, the entertainment room, the sauna and the sundeck were all very well maintained and provided hours of fun. Staff were friendly and professional at all times, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, we ate at the hotel on a couple of nights for our evening meal and wasn't disappointed. This was our last family holiday together as my aunt has terminal cancer and is wheelchair bound and we honestly couldn't have stayed at a better hotel.

A nice hotel with good location on the sea front , free car parking with plenty of spaces, also has an indoor heated swimming pool, the food was very good!Friendly staff, good room with a great powershower! The only downside was that our room (104) was right above the kitchen , so when staff were going between the kitchen to the restaurant the double doors were banging and the noise reverberated around our room from early morning, also at dinner time , maybe this could be looked into and a door slowing mechanism fitted?

Nice, lovely hotel. The room was very small, but the bed was very large and the mattress was phenomenal. I was feeling like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Hotel provide a catering service, but no lunches and dinners in the main restaurant. Only breakfast. No mini bar. Breakfast was usual. I have a complain about the coffee. Waiter has brought a small caraf of coffee to my table. When I started to pour the coffee into my mug, I thought that it was a tee. I have added there milk and sugar than tasted. It was rubbish. In my personal opinion, the price that I have paid for that service that I have got, is a little bit too high.Everything else was good. Many thanks.Best regards.
