Carousel Cafe in Great Yarmouth

Ate here quite a few times this year for lunch and dinner with my son, both in the summer and October half term. The staff are so friendly, especially the blonde girl who takes the orders. The food is cheap but very tasty, my little boy loves coming to eat here and hates it when it's closed. We will definitely be back in 2022!

despite other reviews, i can only speak for my own and my family's experience here, when we ate at the cafe carousel...2 adults, full size meals and 2 kids, meals for the little ones, all cooked lovely, decor quite nice, laurel and hardy canvas art and pictures, and other cool stuff adorning the walls, it was clean and tidy and to be fair, we were charged a mere £15, for 4 meals and i thought the food and service we received was excellent, things aren't always the same if you return to a place later-but for us it was very nice, and we will try and eat there again.

Disgusting, the most tasteless vegan lasagne I've ever eaten was like mush, my chips had a hair on, they are also not dog friendly, so had to sit outside quite you get a group of people smoking with mo consideration for the fact people are eating. Would not recommend at all

Fantastic food fabulous service all the years we have come here we have never had a bad meal or service. Highly recommended 👌

What a surprise. Had breakfast one morning expecting typical greasy spoon BUT cooked on order and probably one of the best English I've had for the price. Thought we'd try an evening meal. Just as good, fish and chips. Owner and staff friendly and premises pristine. Recommend.

Fantastic cafe in a beautiful peaceful setting. The food is amazing, fast and very affordable! They cater to all requirements including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free! The staff are all very friendly, in particular the proprietor himself. I can't recommend them highly enough, try it!

Last summer I came here it wasn't what I had in mind when I looked on the reviews. When I took my son he wanted a breakfast meal but some of the workers did not take my order and proceeded to ignore me even when I asked for drinks, however food when I got it was very tasty , Definitely wont go again or recommend.

Loved this place! Was staying on site with family and we literally visited every single day because the staff are so so lovely! Food was epic too! They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us all and even went the extra mile to make us some good deals and extra food! 😀
