Charcoal Grill Steak House in Great Yarmouth

Lovely food. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Best all round meal out we have had for aged.will go there again. Lovely family run restaurant.

Poor quality food and overpriced. Roast dinner had veg that were extremely over cooked and the whole meal was very tasteless. The chicken kebab wasn’t even a kebab just pieces of chicken with some tomatoes and cucumber on. Really disappointed and won’t be returning. However the staff that served us were attentive and polite.

When I googled where to eat in Great Yarmouth I disregarded this place because of all the board's on the picture, walking past we decided to go in for fish and chips as we didn't want to eat outside, the fish was really fresh and chips home cut/cooked, I noticed a couple of people eating the roast dinners, they looked great and the veg looked fresh cooked, none of this frozen stuff! They polished their meals off so must have been good, this place is well worth a visit when in Great Yarmouth.

Great place. It's one of the few surviving restaurants that remind me of Yarmouth in the 1960's. Lovely service and the grilled lamb chops were excellent - reminded me of eating in Greece. Always busy and a great atmosphere.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years. We love it. The food is plentiful, always beautiful and so much choice. The staff now are very friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Could eat here every night of our holiday and never tire of it.

1st time at this restaurant and food was amazing, staff was on point very polite definitely recommended and will be coming again

We went to great Yarmouth for short holiday and end up in Charcoal grill restaurant,the owner still remembered us after 6 year and what a gentleman,treat us with lovely fresh meal and Grilled fish which again was absolutely fantastic and finished a night with few shots of Greek brandy,surly the man knows how to run a kitchen with lovely food and look after a customer with two noisy boy.had a great time and relax.Thanks guys

Excellent food, wine & service clearly run by a proud family restaurant. Chef cooked the best surf & turf for me and my partner tonight and it was so tasty in a fab atmosphere, also we sensed many regulars too-always good!

Visited tonight for a couple of birthdays after visiting previously and food being nice. Food was absolutely appalling! Staff were very rude, no manners or social skills what so ever. Extremely over priced.... £4.40 for a pint of coke and £8.75 for 3 prawns on a starter, disgusting! Will never be using this restaurant again!

Had a great meal. This was the last night of our holiday and we weren't disappointed food was lovely. Generous portion size. it appeared to be a popular restaurant as a lot of the customers knew the staff. Would definitely recommend, and go again if in the area
