Chifanla Chinese Take Away in Great Yarmouth

The worst takeaway ever. Not sure what meats are being used-caution! Taste less , poor quality and doesn’t task or look like Chinese. Upside went on the bin before it was too late!

Thought I'd try Chifanla for the first time this evening. Very disappointed. Got fried rice instead of Special Chow Mein. Happy Family was meat-poor and overcooked. Rang to make my opinions known and the best they could offer was 10% discount. I shan't be returning any time soon.

Usually my favourite Chinese in the city every time except this time but today I literally ran there and back from my place 3 times as they for some reason make chop suey with sweet and sour sauce not black bean until I told them that's how Chinese people cook it, they cooked it wrong 3 times I waited 10 to 15 minutes for the older man to come back he cooked it properly black bean sauce but spoke to the young girl behind the till she promised free banana fritters and replacement sweet and sour Cantonese style for my troubles as it went stale at home of running around like a headless chicken which the old man didn't honour and said he doesn't have time though I'm their main promoter and supposedly favourite customer left my relative going hungry for long time before replacement food and no promised extras

Never going again food was late didn’t receive my chips ( only ordered omelette and chips) and won’t answer call

Had a lovely take away from Caister. Ordered again unaware they had moved to Norwich until the order had been processed. Tried to call them and finally got through after about 10 mins. They said they would cancel and refund. Nearly 3 weeks later and we are still waiting for the refund and I am getting no replies to my emails.
