China Garden in Great Yarmouth

If I could give no stars I would !! Order confirmed for 7.05pm - 7.25pm delivery as we were out . Arrived at 6.40pm we weren’t home, called them. Delivery came 10 mins later , driver tried to charge me additional £2.50 for delivering , I explained I had ordered for specific time , he was rude , basically said they would deliver when they wanted to and walked off . Food was disgusting cold and over priced (prices have gone up portions are less too ) won’t be using again - Shame as we’ve been customers for over 5 years !

Ordered meals just before 6pm .....7 30 and after 3 phone calls eventually arrived What has happened China Gardens never been this bad before

Food lovely as always cooked perfectly. Chicken balls and chips Chicken curry, chicken chow mein and egg fried rice

We used this takeaway for the first time and never again.The food was of poor quality and ended up in the bin when we got home .Even the waiting area was dirty and full of dirty delivery's bags thats not good the see.We should of gone to our regular takeaway the embassy near the ocean rooms in Gorleston .

Gelatinous chicken which was a bit fishy. NO flavour in the pineapple chicken, the brocoli chicken or the chow mein (and no Beansprouts 😳😳). Tasted like they had used a stock cube and added corn flour to thicken it up for all the dishes. Great sweet and sour sauce. If you like bland, this is the takeaway for you

1st time of using this Chinese place tonight and really must say the best I've had yet...will definitely be ordering again...very polite young lady taking the order, delivery dtiver very polite too,well done guys amazing food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always enjoyed eating here but recently the customer service has been shocking. Love the taste for the price so will not order anyone else. Second time that me and my partner ordered at a time they were open and because their "drivers" finish at 11 o clock' they force us to collect it. I don't know in what business no matter if they order 5 minutes till you close or 15 you deliver that order. That's life. If I'm paying with it delivered I want it delivered! Your driver will have to stay until it is done! Where I work I can't just suddenly drop a plate or glass simply because it's at o'clock and I've finished! Disgraceful! Attitude is poor. Such a shame as I enjoy the food a lot. Just wish the customer service was as good! If it happens again i will have to look for other places to eat Chinese food

Took 3 hours to get a delivery, when the food finally arrived it wasn't even hot. After 2 hours the food still hadn't arrived and was told would be 30 minutes, after 3 hours still no delivery and when called to chase it up again the manager was rude and didn't want to help and just said they waiting for a driver. Rubbish customer service, wouldn't recommend.

The delivery driver was extremely rude to my partner's sister. He shouted at her and raised his hands aggressively all because it took her 30 seconds to answer the door, saying she was costing him money. We phoned up to tell them and they told us there was nothing they could do about it. They then phoned me back to tell me I was a liar and that the delivery man hadn't done any of those things. We won't be using this Chinese again and would recommend that others don't either. The food isn't even good at all!

Excellent food, never had a bad one. Usually have a Chinese Curry. Only one thing that gets under my skin is the owner who like many Chinese take away only trades in cash (and we all know why that is) so make sure you have lots of cash when you visit, and prices rise fairly regularly, oh yes his customer service skills and sense of humour could do with up dating. Other than that its fantastic.
