Costa Coffee in Great Yarmouth

Costa is my favourite high street coffee shop, this branch really let's you down though!Queued from out the door for over 20 minutes only to be told when I got to the till they were only accepting cash. A large majority of people now do not carry cash, would have been nice for you to put a sign up outside or to let people in the queue know before getting to the till. The service is also incredibly slow, all this puts me off using this branch. Please improve!

Coffe and passion fruit tart was lovely. Scenes out the windows were not. Great Yarmouth is looking worse for wear

Sooooo slow. Only 4 in front of us in the queue, 4 staff working & it took 15 mins to get served. We only had 1 coffee & 1 tea :(

Quality of produce good but service completely shocking! 5 or 6 staff on but the guy was only one who looked like he was trying to speed up service. Queued for over 20 mins. Girl on till was biggest problem as so leisurely and no concern for customer satisfaction. Will not be coming back. Not the outstanding service I expect from Costa and usually receive!

The service here is truly shocking , one poor person running his socks off at a busy time is the only staff about. Waited TWICE for 10 minutes and never moved in the queue of 6 people. Never again

Lovely coffee nice staff but I personally don't sit in here as I don't feel comfortable but feel that's just me!

Great friendly service. They bring your toasted sandwich to your table. It's just been completely refurbished and looks fantastic

Amazing staff. Had a few interviews at the coffee shop and the gentleman offered free coffee. All of the staff went an extra mile and did not disturb us for an hour after they shut the coffee shop(the interview was not with Costa). Really appreciate the staff, the company should be proud of their staff!

This Costa was a breath of fresh air and came as a massive relief! Having had coffee from surrounding shops previously to try and support ‘local’ trade, I was left underwhelmed to say the least.Costa’s guaranteed consistent approach to coffee gave me my caffeine hit and tasted great at the same time. The chap that served me was very upbeat and friendly.

Popped in to treat grandson's, no one wiping tables, dirty crockery on table, this was on our table, I had to move it. me personally would of left, but daughter was up paying
