Frankie & Benny's in Great Yarmouth

Normally I love coming to this place. I ways prefere this one to the Norwich one.But on this occasion, this one was a total let down!!The prices have gone up but the quality of food has had a massive downgrade the burgers that Normally look hand made are now the cheap cardboard that you would smack on a hard surface and never looses it shape. The lettuce obviously was over a couple of days old and should have been binned as it was as brown as the colour of the table. Waitress was lovely but won't return for a while.

Quick, efficient and friendly service.Food was lovely. Had the lime and strawberry frozen cake but needs to be served with a fork the spoon didnt cut it.It was delicious though.

The food was a little disappointing especially the chicken dish felt like it was a kids meal adult size. No sauce etc on the food so bland. Staff though are polite and friendly.

Whole family out for my birthday!! We all had a lunch. Lovely and hot, chips to die for!!!!Food nicely presented even the kiddies meals!!! We all had a lovely time, the kiddies were supplied with colouring papers and pencils!!! A lovely touch i thought that was!! Staff were well mannered, kind and welcoming and attentive!! I had a lovely lunchtime with my family on my special day!!! Would recommend for families!!!! Definitely worth the 5* I rated them, thank you so much!!!!

We used to love this chain, i havent been in for a long time and i guess i wont be again. Staff were great but the food was very poor, i had a pizza and it was horrid. Tasted like a cheep frozen one. My son had a burger and left most of it, he said it was like a cheep one from a kebab shop, i had a bite and i have to agree. 1 pizza and fries, 1 burger and fries and 2 cokes was 33 pounds. OUCH

The food is nice and the atmosphere is good. The let down is certain staff. The lady the served our table was rude and unhelpful. When leaving we were checking our receipt as the price seemed wrong. When we asked about the added service charge the manager told us it's an automatic tip. Alot of places don't do that but check your receipts before you pay especially if you have a bad service.

Depending what you order..I had a steak, which was cooked to my liking and I enjoyed it. Wife had a hotdog, which was nice, then boys had mac and cheese, which was tasteless and the children's menu is rubbish.... OK, but not great

Calamari starter way overpriced and tasted of burnt oil. Tiny scraps of Calamari, save your money & order something else. Staff not very friendly & thought the whole experience was below average. Food not the best but very expensive for what you're served. Warm wine did not go down well. Won't be returning.

Very nice restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Can not fault it.

Great restaurant. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was amazing. Id definitely recommend
