This is a private facility for members and holidaymakers staying in lodges in the grounds. We go mainly for swimming, a small but lovely pool in a beautiful setting.

We went to check it out and stayed for Sunday lunch, we were disappointed. Don't let our experience put you off, they were busy, so could of contributed to the overall experience.

Our first stay away this year to recharge our batteries! What a lovely Hotel! The room was perfect for us, comfy bed and a beautiful view across the grounds. The food was excellent, enjoyed every bite! Would definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you to all the lovely friendly staff for looking after us!

I had a few drinks and a bowl of fries here on a Saturday afternoon - the fries were homemade and delicious, we were served very quickly, the staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. The pub itself is set within the Fritton Lake grounds, which is beautiful. It's fairly up-market as far as country pubs go, quite quiet, definitely not your local boozer, but lovely and cosy nonetheless. It has a stately home feel about it with huge fireplaces in every room and nice big couches. It'sCory, one of the staff at the Fritton Arms, kindly lit one of the fires for us. What a great pub!

Took my Daughter, Wife and Mother-in-law for dinner on mothers day. I have been a few times over the years and it never fails to impress. I believe the service is second to none. Very attentive staff that are personal and will share a genuine smile. They seem to enjoy their job.The food is always of the highest standard. I have to say I was slightly disappointed with my starter (prawns) in my opinion it lacked sauce and therefore flavour but it was mothers day and every restaurant has to design a menu with speed in mind, on one of the busiest days in the restaurant calendar. The main (Lamb) was fantastic and came with perfectly cooked veg, roasted potatoes and really tasty Gravy/Jus.Both my wife and mother-in-law don't really eat red meat and asked if they could change the lamb for chicken. There wasn't a single chicken meal on the menu but to my surprise they never blinked an eye lid and changed the menu to match the customer. Brilliant service. I tried my wives chicken breast and it was moist and delicious.I didn't have a desert but my daughter enjoyed mine. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon and we will be going back

Clean, comfortable & professional service. Nice food in restaurant & a good bar, with a pub quiz night on Wednesday evenings. Quaint, old building adapted into an attractive hotel. Worth the long drive from London for a Valentine's Day, romantic break.

Very peaceful place to come for a morning coffee on a sunny day. We had a latte and a tea. Both were tasty. We sat in the garden where you can see the birds in their nests and birds of prey overhead. It would be even better if there were a slightly better range of cakes. We had a brownie which tasted good however.
