I would not have given 1* but is the lowest rating you can give. When phoned through my ordered. I was informed it would be 15minutes max . My mum and niece then waited in the takeaway... for a further hour + (apparently lost our order ticket ) Disgusting service. They Offered us a free bag of crackers and some chicken wings !! Which are free anyway .not happy !

Took 1hr 20 on a Tuesday night and I ordered at 4.30pm, literally just 3 things too. Not sure what this piece of chicken is pictured either. But it really wasn't a tasty meal at all. Egg fried rice tastes very weird. Salt and pepper chicken was extremely chewy/hard. Disappointed 😞

Best pancake rolls and chips in Gorleston. Well I ordered a pancake roll and chips tonight at 5.05pm and it didn't arrive until 6.23pm stone cold. By that time I was seriously hungry. When it arrived it was stone cold.. I'll never order delivery again. When I rang to ask for my refund I didn't get it. So don't wait an hour and 15 minutes for a dinner from this store.

Not been here for a while, but glad we did. Very, very good food, and they even threw in some free pancake rolls, delicious!

Ordered 2 large chow meins, however a small and a large arrived. I wrongly assumed this was my error when ordering however I’ve just noticed that I’ve been charged for the 2 large.Ended up being incredibly expensive for a very mediocre meal.Having read the other comments on here, seems it’s a regular occurrence too.

Havent had a Chinese for over a year, thought we'd treat ourselves and oh my what a lovely meal that was, first class. Well done Good luck, will definitely be having another treat very soon.And so glad you do a delivery service .

ordered from good luck last night. i left a request asking them to not knock on my door because my family were sleeping. when they arrived they banged on my door and forgot part of our order. when we called them and said they forgot our order, they read our order out to us and there was random things that we didn’t even order on our list. we just said never mind because the person on the phone was extremely hard to talk to and wasn’t reading the right parts of our order. a short time later we thought we heard a knock on the door and this morning have found out that they left the remainder of our order on the door handle without giving us any notice!! not ordering from here again

Loved it the food was 1 of the best Chinese ever, good fast service!

It was a busy Saturday night so perhaps why our order took an hour instead of half hour. Also they got one dish wrong but it was still nice. Good service.
