KFC in Great Yarmouth

Honestly the best kfc I’ve had in 20 years. Rapid friendly service and food cooked to the highest standard. Standards appear to have been declining at kfc for years but as I said this was perfect it’s just a shame we are only visiting the area! Definitely recommend.

To start off we noticed the woman who was on the tills serving 2 men before and kept being extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes. We live basically round the corner not even 3 minutes awa, by the time we got home the fillet burger was stone cold the chips where basically still frozen, extremely not happy with the service provided

Went in the guy taking the order ignored us for a good 5 minutes then took are order while having a conversation with his colleague doing the bins and then we waited for are order finally got it and to open the bag to find no drinks or the extra popcorn chicken and 8 hot wings. And then got to my train I was already running late for and the chicken was pink

Staff were friendly but definitely overworked, the toilets are absolutely disgusting

Food was tasty but the chicken was a bit rubbery. Staff were polite and we got served really quick. Toilets are tiny though

Used to rate this kfc quite highly until now.Called up to try and get a deliver issue sorted when I was told they didn't have something I ordered in stock.Said that's fine and I wasn't interested in anything else so would just like a partial refund for the stuff not in stock.Was told that's not possible and to cancel and reorder. Which I wasn't happy to do because it already took over 30 minutes for them to even tell me they didn't have what I ordered.I could deal with all this and when the lovely lady on the phone said she would get someone who could help I think the manager forgot that people other than the person holding a phone can still be heard on the other end.He made it extremely clear he had zero care for my issue and gave her a short sharp response simply saying that's how it is and if he doesn't want to do that then tough.

Really enjoyed my twister meal and the staff was very nice and helpful the lady brought over our food and I thought that was very nice of her.

Pleasantly surprised. Unlike other KFC outlets we have visited, this one is clea, inviting and pleasant. Staff friendly with a smile on their face and food is fresh. Unlike the other KFC restaurants, this one we highly recommend.

The food was good. But the toilets are absolutely disgusting. Was worried about the kids even using them. But they were busting to go. The smell in there was so bad we felt sick and one toilet didn't even have a button to press to flush it. Will be contacting EHO about it
