Las Palmas Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

Stayed in Yarmouth over the weekend of 10th to 12th June 2022.We had breakfast here for the 3 days we were there. Lovely staff, great food, we sat outside as it was gorgeous weather. I would recommend and will certainly go back.

Portions were tiny and overpriced.Wanted to charge for ketchup after spending £25 on two breakfasts and a cheese sandwich.Find a different cafe, any positive reviews will be family members.Honestly worse cafe I have ever visited

We went there three days on the trot as it was so nice thay couldn't do enough for us the breakfast was lovely all hot and delicious plenty of it all clean and the toilets would come back again

First time I went there I got a food poisoning from re cooked mushrooms and then went there again in august and you could smell either the garbage or the toilets. Don’t fancy going to this cafe again

Please keep walking to the Hinchen Brook. They want you there and care about the food and customers.As for this place, there is zero customer service, it was as if they didn't want custom. The food was overpriced and very poor quality.Toilet was dirty and hand dryer didn't work.Please save your money.

We had a full English and a set 1 breakfast. Nice food, friendly staff, and very efficient staff.

My family have been UK holidaying around the Yarmouth area for years, it must be 15+ years and every year we go here for food.The premises is of a very good size, offering easy accessibility for disabled person's, as well as having seating outside.The menu is of a very good size with multiple options and if you would like to add or remove anything, the staff are more than happy to help.Once you go in and sit down where you like, a member of staff comes to your table and greets you, also giving the correct amount of menu's and advised where you go to order.When you are ready you go to the till area, and place your order obtaining any child drink from the fridge located next to the till. Once placed they tell you the price and give you a plaque with a number on it as well as sorting any hot drinks there and then.As the kitchen/cooking area is insight, it is great to hear them and see them coming the food as it is all made to order.When your order is ready, one of the staff collects the food from the pass and if your plaque is visible they come and deliver to your table, if not they will call your plaque number and then bring the food over.All required cutlery and serviettes are also brought to your table with the food order.As always someone will always come and check your order and food is alright!!When you are finished someone will come and collect your plates and waste, normally about 10 minutes after you finish.If you then decide you want more you can then do the same again.When you leave, the staff are always polite and say thank you, good bye and enjoy the rest of your day.💯% recommend this place to anyone who visits Yarmouth as it has never let us down or left us feeling disappointed.... service has always been 100% on point and the staff always polite and friendly

Clean with friendly staff. Food was very nice and freshly cooked. There were 10 of us and we didn't wait too long for our meals. These ranged from omelette, breakfasts, baguettes and jacket potatoes. My only little complaint is paying for sauce sachets. I think they should be free.
