The staff member who dealt with me was very attentive, had a small problem with online order I made from app. Probably 50/50 my fault/apps fault !! Dealt with problem promptly and efficiently without any hassle.

Lovely staff, really friendly and attentive. Food was piping hot and as you would hope from a McDonald's.

Fast service, easy to order screens, table service, friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Decent, fast service and got what I ordered... always find it a bit shady in this McDonald's though... know what I mean?

Cold weather in a morning with a cold coffee from McDonalds i was ordering a hot coffee 😕

Wasn't even planning on stopping here but me and my son was hungry so grabbed a burger each before getting a taxi back.I was enjoying my burger but as I biting into it my 8yr old son shouted "stop mummy, you got hair on burger" I looked and there was 2inch long hair sure enough sat in my burger and it made me spit the bit I was chewing and started to heave, it also put my son off his own burger. The duty manager gave me our refund and I refused to have a replacement meal as just the thought had me wanting be sick..More needs to be done to stop this happening again!

You might ask how a McDonalds can be 5 star. Food is OK, decor ok, store was tidy but no different to any other.What made this 5 star was the member of staff who brought the food and then went and fetched the things that had been forgotten. She was so nice, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.I know that's the job but there was none of the attitude you occasionally get. My 4 year old thought she was lovely and she is why we've given 5 stars.Thank you for making our day!

Waiting for delivery nearly 1 hour. Food was warm, drinks without straws, no ketchup with chicken nuggets, no sauce with nacho cheese wedges. Very disappointed, it’s not first time when miss something. Not recommend

Went in Monday, the lady Hayley helped me with my order. Which clearly stated No onions No sauce No pickles get home burger disgusting, extra sauce, onions, and pickles. Rung up got a code. Went back today got a new meal for free, Hayley was on again today, and made sure my order was correct.
