Appalling service, apparently phoned but no missed calls, don't care about customer service at all. Avoid at all costs

What has happened to Chinese takeaways?Sesame prawn toast like slabs, prawn & chicken balls the size of chicken legs...all batter! As for the spring roll it was the size of a baguette!!! Chow mein was salty as was the rest of the food. Even the sweet n sour sauce was suspect. Website confusing & hard to navigate. Totally disappointed, but the bin ate well tonight 🤮😔😔😔

We waited over an hour and a half for delivery and then were missing half our order. We phoned the restaurant and were accused of lying!!!! We were promised a phonecall back but this never happened. Not only were we £60 out of pocket we were also left hungry as we did not have enough food to go round the 10 of us. We are currently trying to get a refund from Just Eat. Avoid this takeaway unless you want to be ripped off and then accusedd of lying

Food not bad and the price is good. We were aiming to eat here but found out when we got there it was takeaway only service. The sauces came across as a little watery to me.

Had a chicken in black-bean and it was well spicy, we Both enjoyed it, nice little twist! But.... one portion of boiled rice (20Pence worth) is THREE POUND FOURTY!!!! 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️Why..........Plus they tend to stop taking orders at 10:45 so Well before last orders which doesn’t help anybody

Very good food, very good attention and staff very friendly. We gone two times and the first one was close but they given to us the attention anyway. Thanks for your attention with us to that girl who is very friendly and polite who takes the orders.

After the food was 45 minutes late, I called the restaurant to get an ETA. Was told the driver had left the restaurant and will call me shortly when outside. 20 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying he was just leaving.Finally got our food 2 hours after we had initially ordered. We had received salt and pepper prawns instead of chicken. When I called up, the woman kept asking "are you sure" and "the order was completed correctly". Obviously not. She said she would check with the chef and call me back when I asked for a complete new order if I returned the old one.10 minutes past and no call back so I left to take the whole order back and find out what was happening. Got the whole order replaced after about 15 minutes of waiting.2 hours 45 minutes after ordering we sat down to eat. The food itself... half of it was amazing. Half of it was poor. But I am not sure if the food just tasted better because i was so hungry at the time.Chicken chow mein and egg fried rice were lovely. Great sized portions, well seasoned and cooked to perfection.Crispy chilli beef was ok. The chilli sauce was much to be desired.The salt and pepper chicken was dry, bland and chewy.Was very disappointed with the meal, mainly due to the time it took, the error, the rude lady on the phone, and the fact that I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the food. My partner and I had travelled up to the area from london for the weekend and was recommended here and another location. Wish I had chose the other option.

Vegetarian food quite good. Chicken in black bean sauce, flavour good but chicken full of gristle. Curry tasted powdery. We were over charged by nearly £36. Waitress wouldn't listen. Had to ring up next day and complain. They realised what they had done and apologised, still took 4 days to get the money back. Disappointing.

Great customer service and delicious food!Had a few friends over and ordered a lot of Chinese food that came to over £40. It arrived before they said. When it arrived food was hot and tasty although they had forgotten 2 of the dishes.We rang and rang for hours to let them know but couldn't get through. My friend messaged through Facebook and we left it at that.The next day the owners got in touch and apologised as they said the phones were down. They then offered to deliver the missing food to us and were happy to wait until we were ready to have it. They were very friendly and helpful in resolving our issue.

Nice place to eat. Great food and friendly staff. My first time (travelled 15 yrs ago) after a long time to great Yarmouth and I really enjoyed this place. 14th Feb 2019.
