We were hungry and it done the job... unfortunately for us probably ate here on a bad day half of the items on the menu were unavailable it was quite busy but it took 25mins before anyone even came to the table which we were told to wait at this just tells me that they could of done with some more pairs of hands to deal with the demand.. the staff however she went out of her way to try and find us the best alternative to the unavailable items.. the food itself was a good 40 mins before it reached us and it wasn't the best I have had good here before and it was better than this time so I'm sticking to my comment of the demand was high staffing was low.. resulting in not the best outcome this time.

Only had a quick drink with family got served quick, staff very friendly. Never had anything to eat but customers meals looked really good

Slow service, staff look uninterested. Was an unpleasant experience, fully agree with some of the reviews here. Food was OK.

The space was looking good and the staff very friendly, but unfortunately I have a complain.I ordered for steak , medium, but I received one very dry and the salt apparently was zero. Was expecting a bit more like the photo on the menu but is clear that the photo is just show off .But my biggest complain is about desert.Ordered for chocolate and caramel familiy fondue , surprise, didn't get mini donuts, didn't get banana slice to deep in the sauces and even worst didn't get the caramel.Asked for 1 ice-cream ball because of the kids and they even charged me £1 extra, KNOWING THAT THEY DIDN'T BRING THE COMPLETE MENU.First and last time in that place.

Wouldn't bother unless you really have to, when we got there we were met by a couple who had just finished complaining about their food. We gave it a try anyway, nothing to write home about, the serving staff were friendly but pretty inept and were too busy chatting rather than looking after the guests. My son went in again just for a drink later on in the holiday and had the same experience.

3 stars is by no means a bad score. It's a perfectly bar and grill on a holiday park and no more than that. If we weren't on the park we probably wouldn't visit but as an acceptable place to get a nice bit of food and a beer. Not as cheap as a wetherspoons, £40 for 2 adult mains and 2 kids mains with drinks. Certainly not bad for a holiday dinner either.I had a Sloppy Joe burger which was really good BUT pretty obvious the burgers were cooked well in advice of dishing up as the burgers were beyond dry. The chili was nice and overall it was a pretty good. The kids meals were FANTASTIC. Our kids loved them. The kids god and chips, the fish was better than ever fish finger. And the sausages on the kids meal....I'd eat them all day every day.The place was pretty messy outside, tables not cleared or cleaned and zero atmosphere in the place. Possibly down to staffing levels. With a bit of attention this place could be great. As it stands its worth a visit if you're staying on the park.

I got my drinks about 10 minutes after ordering which is quite fast the food came about 30 minutes after ordering. The hunters chicken was cooked to perfection and the chips were nice and chunky. The fudge cake was absolutely lovely and it was not dry at all.(these over reviews are absolute rubbish the staff were so helpful and people give them a 1 star)

We used this almost every evening. Food was always hot and cooked perfectly. The lattes and toffee pudding is to die for. The staff great friendly. I am a bit of a food critic but saw nothing to complain about here. Hence i will be going again tomorrow night

Massively overpriced for awful food. Came in here for dinner one night and spent £55 on two adult meals and desserts and a child's meal and dessert ... we were so disappointed, the food was terrible and you could tell half of it was tinned and microwaved. We then ate breakfast in here where I paid £4.99 for a tiny breakfast and then asked for toast £1.99 for 2 slices but I was only given one slice and it came in charcoal form. We watched and the other customers were served the same burnt toast. My egg was underdone, bacon not done enough and toast burnt. And to top it off the coffee machine was broken for the week. The staff all seemed a bit moody and uninterested. Really really hated it here, such a disappointment.

Quality pub grub at quite honest prices as the food is good. Drinks add to the bill but would go again.
